    What is the enlightenment?

Yes. Where is there a worse hell? Certain things only? "But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly after this sort? for all things come of thee, and of thine own have we given thee." I Chron 29:14

    What is the enlightenment?

For the short haul, that is during the time allotted to each carnal man, I believe, that God allows them men to run their own races, which begin and end with death. It would make a difference, I believe, to a believer [one who is reaching for real Life], who is connected in some way with those...

    What is the enlightenment?

Doesn't it depend on whether one is speaking about the enlightenment of men by the means available to carnal men or about the Enlightenment, which comes from the Light, which is Jesus? Men in their classrooms [mostly secular] used to teach about both [back when I was in college (BA in 1971)]...

    Heaven (Matthew 4:17)

Communication between believers is quite often a real problem as we see and have seen on this forum. It is never a problem for God.

    Heaven (Matthew 4:17)

Perhaps we are being helped... to learn to be content with what we have. Should we desire more? Does God want us to have more? When our desires are equal to our needs and they in turn are equal to what God considers our needs, will we not then be where He does want us to be? I believe this!

    Heaven (Matthew 4:17)

I will not speak against your scenario, although it is not mine. However, is not God's the one that ultimately matters? Give God the glory!

    Heaven (Matthew 4:17)

Perhaps the embarrassment is here a good thing. It is an admission of fallibility. We are, I believe, all fallible until we have overcome as Jesus did. This means we have failed, and we will fail again until we have fully and completely overcome. Who has done that? Unless we have already so...

    Heaven (Matthew 4:17)

I am sorry that I was abrupt if I was. I do understand your point, but only based on hearsay from Internet forums like this one. I have never belonged to any such mainstream churches other than Catholic. I did not even own a Bible then. When an answer does come to me on questions like this, is...

    Tongues

I asked a question, and that not of you, and quoted a scripture. You do not know my thoughts nor the reason for my question.

And your words come from where... criticizing the ones you mention as if you knew them all and knew all of their hearts? "But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy...

    Heaven (Matthew 4:17)

I do not believe that I have ever said that it was Paul, himself. Did Paul ever overcome all of his sinful ways, the beastly ways of men, unclean or unclean? I do not know and simply must say, perhaps. Paul was given a whole lot by God, but how well was he doing with what he had at the end of...

    Heaven (Matthew 4:17)

The ark built by Noah was for us, a type or shadow of the people today, who have separated themselves from the general mass/mess of mankind that dwells in the foul killing waters of death upon which Peter walked, moving toward Jesus. The ones, who never came into the ark at all, are those, who...
