I have no idea what you are talking about. It's like someone telling an Eskimo to stop growing tropical fruit. Your accusations and counsel is rubbish.

If anyone wants to understand the relevance, the importance, the beauty, and the 'rest' of the Sabbath, read Mark 1:21-31. In those 10 verses you find teaching of truth with authority, you find deliverance, you find fellowship, and you find healing. That's what Sabbath is all about. People need...

Seems fairly obvious huh. Because there's so much controversy over it, and the cowardice of people in answering the question, what is a woman?, reveals not the difficulty of the question, but rather the fear of those being challenged. IT is a sad world where people quake and fear to tell the...

I' surprised you have so quickly forgotten. I live 10,000 miles away, it was 7 years ago, and I still remember. And it wasn't difficult to find one source to corroborate what I heard in the actual speech itself... Donald Trump: 'Christianity Will Have Power' If I'm President...

Well, you forget that the constitution is just an old piece of paper that could be screwed up and thrown away right? The only power it has lies in the willingness of 9 judges to uphold it and interpret it correctly. Did any of those 9 berate Trump for promising something that was...

Quite correct, sorry my apologies. I didn't say he had an agenda to destroy the first amendment. I said he had made a promise to evangelicals to give them power. I am saying that in the act of doing and fulfilling such a promise, the constitution will have to be overridden. Am I wrong or are...

Yes, and....? I quoted that verse above. What is it you are suggesting by doing so again?

You really do have a mixed understanding of grace and law and works. Jesus Himself said, quote, without Me ye can do nothing. I would suggest that even refraining from stealing, from murder, covetousness, from idolatry, and actively observing Sabbath, none of those things, in other words...

Are you claiming that works are not the direct result of God working in they individual to reflect God's own character to the world? What else is this other than grace?????

It was precisely mindsets, attitudes, pronouncements and practises such as this which gave powerful impetus to the truths that the reformation was revealing, and which modem protestantism has forgotten. That the succession of popes, the system of the Papacy under their autocratic rule and...

A photo doesn't constitute documented fact??? Perhaps you need a clearer pic? What have we got here exactly? A man seated on a great white throne...(Revelation 20:11) Between two cherubim...(Exodus 25:22) And 4 living creatures...(Revelation 4:6) And in the midst of elders...(Revelation 5:6)...

'Normal' church service this morning. We don't have a large congregation by any means, and this morning was no exception. One couple were away because of injuries from two separate accidents, another family with 4 kids under 20 were away because the father was preaching at another church. One...

I am a Seventh Day Adventist. I spent 14 years working on dairy farms. Obviously you never have or you wouldn't need to ask the question. I was assistant manager, the owner was the only other worker on the farm. He was a Sunday observing Christian. On week-ends we milked early and finished...

Until relatively recently in church history, people came to Jesus, were drawn to Jesus, through preachers who actually knew their Bibles, and what was meant by scriptures such the one alluded to in the OP, KJV Romans 10:4 4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that...

Himself.

I know what I said, and I understand the constitution and agree with your summation of the second amendment. Which is precisely why I said that in order for Trump to give the evangelical right political power (a promise repeated several times in his 2016 campaign speeches which I guess you must...

Interesting. First it was a new cult called Sabbath commanders, now it's another cult of pseudocorbanists. I think that given enough time, Robert will have built us an entire farm of straw scare crows.

One of the most popular of Ellen White's books, reprinted countless times, translated into over 70 languages, and distributed to millions, is a small book called "Steps to Christ". It is a detailed explanation of the gospel and how one may be saved. Clearly, the writer of the original post on...

Like Barney, I'm still wondering who these Sabbath commanders are? Like Barney, I am simply one to point out some relevant scriptural truths, which you are quite free to ignore, debate, refute, or even study for yourself, as your mind leads you. Which is precisely why I call myself brakelite...

Okay, now you're talking politics. Before you went on about guns, when my post said nothing about guns. I understand the Hegelian dialectic and how it's being used to manipulate world politics. Have a thesis conflict with antithesis, then introduce synthesis as a cure for the conflict. My...
