Begs to question why Jesus states that his kingdom is not of this world, yet people assume his kingdom is of this world.

I don’t believe those prophecies have to do with the nations today.

Cool. The thing Jesus paid for sins. Everyone is technically a blank slate. There are those whom are seek for Jesus to come and Destroy all the wicked. It’s been done paying for sins and the wrath of God poured out on the nation of Israel in 70Ad. No one has to agree with the whole “political...

Aside from that as Christian’s we are told to not look at the world and it’s ways; but to look towards the heavenly ways. If that is the case: even though people may go the route of changing their bodies; that doesn’t mean their souls and heart have changed. The answer there is Jesus Christ...

Gotta love the homos too. I might not agree with the whole political side but… People will look for anything to hate someone. I don’t worship a Calvinistic God; that is down right mean as hell. But a God who is love. And God loved all the people in the world to send his Son, that whoever...

Hello re90, Considering we are to die to sin; as Paul puts it to live for God and Christ I believe the two versions mean the same thing.

There are people out there today seeking for signs, even visions, in when they are praying they are hoping for God to show them a sign. Do you believe that sign seeking is a lack of faith though? There are instances in the Bible that show a bargaining with God, such as Abraham’s bargains with...

I believe you’re a follower of Christ and that is great. People can be intellectually dishonest with scripture (even myself I can make mistakes), when it comes to reading it. You have real people being written to; and to say some things are for us today when it was to them then in that period of...

Idk. To me I see the lake of fire coming from God and people who desire perhaps the truth of Christ that are outside the city can partake in the second death which is perhaps dying of self. All that I really can get from scripture in Revelation 21-22 is that still people are living outside of...

While I agree that the Bible and the letters written to very specific people have merit into spiritual principles. The letters themselves and the gospels narrative and the Old Testament all deal mainly with Israel; with the ending bringing in some gentiles. I disagree with the premises that...

People can say what they want. Disagree or agree. That is up to you.

Those who were first to believe in Christ. Eph 1:12 in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory. The apostles had apostolic authority over it by the Lord as far as I can see.

Probably; and also the 144,000 which was the first church bride of Christ that was foretold to be spotless and blameless. Judas was cut off; mattahias was picked by casting of lots; but Paul was taught by the resurrected Lord. I don’t know if any church today that is like this, which is...

Today hell is done and over with, according to revelation 20. There are two places in the heavenly realm a person can reside in, according to revelation 21-22; that is outside the gates of the heavenly Jerusalem whom desires nothing to do with God, and those whom are going within whom desired...

Hell is done and over with according to Revelation 20.

Yes rewards will be given. Each their own measure.

bump.

Dying to the self, and living for God and Christ, can be a difficult decision for us all.

you know I never killed anyone physically before But I have in my heart Surely at some point you did that to someone yourself 1 John 3:15 Anyone who hates a brother or sister is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life residing in him. Anyway just know that circumstances...
