Agreed...start another topic if you wish

That sound wonderful GG. I don't think we have anything like that in our country. :) Texas sounds like a nice place to live. We have a town fondly known by the locals called "Texas," it only has a small general store [the last time I went through there] and if you blink...you'll miss it.

Hi GG! :) Is that like a halfway house kinda thing? Is sit for young people or for anyone?

...are you David Chilton or have you just done a cut and paste job?

I'm moving this to the Unorthox forum because it denies that the O/T God is the same God that we worship and trust today

Any friend of the "Good Shepherd"[shep] is a friend of mine... Peace!

That was not the question that was asked in the O/P. If you wish to start another topic...please do so.

This was the question I was answering. I gave 2 possibilities and 1 probability as per below Matthew 8 for example does not state that the healed servant was saved but only that he was healed. ...again I reiterate my position vot The crippled man was not saved by the faith of his...

Hey thomas, I'm really sorry to hear of your loss. It must have been devastating. Praise be to God! who picked you up out of the mire and made you his son forever! Shalom Achi!

My friends hubby went out to do some basic shopping for the family with a numbered list in hand. He came back with 30 large cans of spaghetti cos they were on special...they spent 3 months eating spaghetti... When a guy does the shopping, it should not be called a "grocery list" but rather a...

Psalms 11 The Lord tests the righteous, But the wicked and the one who loves violence His soul hates. Proverbs 6 16 These six things the Lord hates,Yes, seven are an abomination to Him: 17 A proud look, A lying tongue, Hands that shed innocent blood, 18 A heart that devises wicked plans, Feet...

The biggest threat to the Church today is Christianity without the cross

I know a number of Christian universities who do not just have Christians as professors. Some are hired because they are the best in their field. It really depends on the field of study you are taking. A friend of mine went to a Christian University to get her teaching degree. In NZ, we are able...

Hi Dani, All the above mentioned is the outworking of our faith in Jesus but it is not what saves us. What saves us is Christ on the cross. If we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised him from the dead - we shall be saved. Romans 10:9-10. Salvation...
