Well I have already been there and done that. I was hopeful, but only God gives the increase!

Jesus opened the way making effective work in us possible. The light in each person at natural birth... "That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world." John 1:9 ...makes it possible to move toward the Light in order to receive Light to approach God more...

Smothering the Light is effectively quenching the Spirit of God in us so that we are blind again like we were before we received the Spirit.

Yes, to prophesy does not only mean to predict the future. It certainly can include that, but anyone who is given God's Word to speak and speaks it... as I see it, is prophesying. When are given His Word to share, and we do share as He intends for us to do, are we not doing His work? Is the...

I do not believe those verses answer my question. "And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." Matt 16:18 "Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and...

"And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?" Matt 19:4-5 "Whoso findeth a wife findeth a...

To me is does not appear to be deceptive although many men are deceived because they have failed to love truth. "And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send...

Who defines normal for the church today?

Praying for you, my friend!

Amen... in God's eyes or in the eyes of carnal men! According to Jesus there were walking dead men, but He brought Life to whosoever would receive it... Anyone who was dead to God could receive Life. Many have not done so. Equal opportunity... or? "But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let...

If by "literal" you mean physical events seemingly beyond man's science, no I am not! What is a miracle to God? What is hard or easy for God? "For whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and walk?" Matt 9:5

I am Praying that God help you to lean even more heavily on Him. The pain of our loss when people die does not simply go away, but God can ease them making life tolerable. We may think it would better if no one died or if God would immediately remove all of the pain for us, but God always knows...

Praying for you now, my brother!

Yes, the Pope or a priest or for that matter any minister who someone looks to instead of looking always to God can be our problem. God uses men, but we should not look to those men without always consulting God. The best men of God make mistakes and provide us at times with misinformation...

Our choice always as to whom we serve: "No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Matt 6:24

While we have time and Light we must go and do as we are led by the Spirit of God: "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God." Rom 8:14

Oh yes, I have witnessed someone walking on water! What is the water? What did Peter walk on? What did Jesus offer the Samaritan woman by the well to drink?

Jesus work: “Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.” John 4:34 “ But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.” John 5:17 “Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath...

"The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God. They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one." Psalm 14:2-3 "... there is none good but one, that is, God: but if...

So then what is a miracle for God? "And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?" John 11:26
