Excellent.

Yes I also agree...Good post. I don't really understand ..a "shadow" and a "Type" are just that...Shadows of that which is to come. Types and shadows do not need to be "practiced" until the the true is manifested. I see no where that says a shadow or type must be continued with. Some...

I am often awake in the 'wee hours' too...I have never caught you on here... Aspen yes, Stranger yes...but as yet, not you! It must be a time fame zone thing...I am in Western Canada...which side of USA are you? If East, our zones will be about 3 hours different Ha!

To quote my from friend @Philip James .. Wow! And again, Just wow!! I cannot believe that you said that...I guess you fell the same way about Corrie Ten Boom also..and Richard Wurmbrand , lets not leave out Paul, Peter and a few others ...Wow. . . .

Today the main Forum is busy...but this thread is especially nice when the Forum is slow and noting much is happening. x

AMEN!! I agree 100% It is a vendetta. And to save me writing two posts .... I see no reason why as @bbyrd009 said...why the Catholics 'should' go to a Catholic Forum...this is a "Christian" Forum ( even though often it doesn't seem very "christian" )...the Catholics have as much right to be...

That is the trouble with any prayer..not only with fasting. We cannot twist God's arm to make Him do anything. If that pastor had heard the Lord clearly tell him to fast for the church numbers to increase it would have happened. So much prayer, even fasting is presumption. I've seen...

The thing is Rollo @BreadOfLife is correct in his definition in his post #14 On this forum ( let alone the world at large) there are both protestants the get on with their life with Jesus...and don't hold to most of what the Catholic believe....( and often they don't hold to what many other...

And I have to agree...diversion tactics..when losing an argument= change the subject and attack...LOL

Again you miss the point. The issue here was your wife, not you. And really, what do you expect Jesus to do for you or your wife? See my post #165

But, it was a viable question.

Rollo I believe you totally have the wrong idea here. It does not mean that if we had trust and faith in God, we will not be hurt, attacked, raped or whatever... Back in the Congo ( Africa who are too young to remember) Simba uprising Dr Helen Roseveare was a British missionary 1953-1975. She...

So Fran was right then...meaning the same......missing the mark = sin.

Haha!! Cheater...and there I was with bated breath waiting for a deep revelation. :D Bless you...H

You forgot to say if you had grand daughter or not? @Nancy and @Mayflower On this thread we chat about anything and everything...it is a kind of catch-all thread, no rules, no subjects...just friendly chatter. Sometimes other join in , sometimes it's just me and @Grams /Marlene It...

No I don't disagree at all. :) Willie mentioned repentance...and we know that repent means to change the mind, turn. I agree with you..I do not wallow before the Lord because of this that or the other...I tend to get before Him and praise him for all that He is , has done, and is doing...

Joshua 6 2 And the Lord said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thine hand Jericho, and the king thereof, and the mighty men of valour. 3 And ye shall compass the city, all ye men of war, and go round about the city once. Thus shalt thou do six days. 4 And seven priests shall bear before the...

Hopefully so...but none of us are perfect here...though you may find that some believe that they are! LOL It wont take you long to get the measure of us all. Ha!! Perfect in Christ, but not perfect in ourselves. Many blessing on you. :)

The thing is a person never knows that they are being manipulated and driven by a religious spirit.. " And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did? But he turned, and rebuked them...
