Jesus talks about the coming destruction of Jerusalem

What would one expect from God who loaned out the vineyard… and sent prophets to it and those inside killed the prophets and then God sent his own son, and the killed him. What would expect the owner of the vineyard to do? Destroy them for what they had done, they had become so callous in...

Jesus talks about the coming destruction of Jerusalem

I don’t believe so. The spiritual kingdom of God isn’t going away, and there will people who come to faith and stick to the course and will be able to see their reward after this life and May have access to going to the heavenly Jerusalem. I don’t see why people need this world eradicated… God...

Materialism is a sin. Yes or no?

Hello here is how I would say it. It is not the sin that is the problem. It is the mindset, all of us sin. If the sin (whatever it may be for you) starts to hardened your heart to where you start to forget about God no longer acknowledging him, in prayer and devotion. Then that is a problem.

    Shrewd Manager

“Jesus told this story to his disciples: “There was a certain rich man who had a manager handling his affairs. One day a report came that the manager was wasting his employer’s money. So the employer called him in and said, ‘What’s this I hear about you? Get your report in order, because you...

"GOD WHY HAVE YOU ABANDONED ME"

@Cristo Rei thank you for your comment. I’m not so interested in the trinity anymore. the Bible says there is God, Gods Word and the Holy Spirit of God, these three are the one who make up the reality of Heaven. Gods word came down and was born into flesh, named Jesus. God was with Jesus...

    What is impossible for God?

Yes Gehenna was outside Jerusalem in the valley of hinnon: it was symbolic of what would happen to Jerusalem (I believe). Sheol though, or hell, is the covered place from God, as sin had not been atoned yet through Jesus. It was the abode where Abraham’s bosom was, and there was also a prison...

    Being 'Born Again'

Hello, Bruno, Episo I believe that righteousness is founded only in Christ who is the end of the law, to bring righteousness to everyone who believes according to Romans Chapter 10:1-4. "GOD WHY HAVE YOU ABANDONED ME"

Hello Cristo Rei, I believe it was Jesus who was bearing the sin of the world, and God couldn't no longer look at His Son. It was probably the first time ever, that the Word of God, and the Father were separated due to the - body of Jesus being the sacrifice for sin being the sin bearer. The...

Gods wrath on Moab, Judah, Israel - Amos’s Message

Reading from Chapter 1 to two, is like reading the Revelation and the introduction to each of the 7 churches John had wrote to, about the revelation of Jesus Christ. “This is what the Lord says: “The people of Moab have sinned again and again, and I will not let them go unpunished! They...

    Being 'Born Again'

Yes Carl it is helpful, thank you for the questions. That is interesting if that is what is happening today, as people do - try to put a lot of emphasis on 'water baptism', and really it is about the in-ward regeneration of the soul being connected by the holy spirit given by through Christ Jesus.
