No one can see the Kingdom of God unless...

If I may interject. @marks "That day", that Judgement Day, if it is of God it is not of the world, and therefore not within the times of the world. So...of course, you are correct, no one is in heaven until after. But that does not mean that the whole matter is therefore within the times of...

    For those who Love Jesus

This world is darkness, even outer darkness, even the shadow of death. Having been cast out of the light of the kingdom of God and His presence, who would have imagined that He would let His light shine in for those who love Him in spite of ourselves; that He would become flesh and dwell among...

No one can see the Kingdom of God unless...

That's an easy one :) God makes Himself known. He moves. And if we can see and hear what the world cannot, it is because we are in His presence and He has revealed Himself in ways that cannot be seen with eyes of flesh. But one glimpse in the spirit is greater than a lifetime in the world.

No one can see the Kingdom of God unless...

Agreed. However, there are those who are not in the presence of God trying to imagine that they are against the reality of their circumstance. I believe that is what Jesus experienced with the lawyers, who had the head knowledge, but had not "entered in" to that place and presence of God, even...

Atheist objections to evidence for God's existence

Sure. The world, the universe, life as you know it, does not operated by the terms that you have adopted from living here and your little sliver of it. But here you are expecting that whenever you get to a detail you don't understand, you default to what would appear to be intellectual...

    Cursing.

A quick note: The "blessing and cursing" word from Moses is an indication that God is about His business of doing both. But, as Paul clarifies: 2 Corinthians 2:15-16 "For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are perishing. To the one we are the aroma of death leading to death...

Psychological Questions about People in the Bible

I doesn't seem strange or psychological to me, but rather practical. For instance, if a father had a big ranch and wanted to give each of his children a thousand acres, they wouldn't all take the same thousand acres, but would each take a different thousand. So, with Abram and Lot, the horizon...

Bible study on the Day-Year Principle (the Prophectic Year).

You're missing the point. The point is not to look for the truth of God among the affairs of men and of the world, but rather to look for the affairs of God in the kingdom from which the affairs of men are born. Our focus should not be to look downward, but upwards. Seek God rather than the...

No one can see the Kingdom of God unless...

To "envision" would not be real, but to imagine. Which is fine...but as "experiences" go, that is not really experiencing the kingdom. And, your poll question is backwards. One does not experience the kingdom of God in their midst, but rather they experience themselves in the midst of the...

Is the doctrine of Eternal Conscious Torment, biblical or not?

Time is created. Everything with God (or without) is eternal. The scriptural description is true.

Bible study on the Day-Year Principle (the Prophectic Year).

In all matters of language, including scripture, we would do well to remember that God confounded all language at Babel, an order that has not been rescinded. Thus, the mistake that is made is as Paul referred to, saying: "You observe days and months and seasons and years. I am afraid for you...

Bible study on the Day-Year Principle (the Prophectic Year).

Unfortunately, these are the same works as those who missed the coming of Christ the first time, and now also His coming again. Like space calculations (only infinitely more complex), one little error, and you end up in outer darkness. As for a time, times, and half a time...better to look to...

    love your enemy?

To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven...A time to keep silence, And a time to speak. ;)

    love your enemy?

Because, that is exactly what God has done: God has loved the fallen, those who by definition, are His enemy...not because our sin is always our choice, but because we are the children of those who chose to do evil. Thus, if we are to be perfect as our Father in heaven is perfect, we should do...

    Textual Discrepancies In Colossians 2:18

I wouldn't say that "seen" or "not seen" even matters. But rather that those who know the truth not be swayed by intrusion. The key word is "intruding."

I doubt that God incarnated, but believe Jesus is God

No, not exactly. We can say that God transcends time, but that is still an understanding based on a time perspective. The reality of God has no time. Time is contrived (created), for the telling of all things, for the revelation of all things eternal. If you can remove yourself from time-based...

    (Refuting) The (Original Sin) Doctrine!!

Again, that misses the point. The point is that we all are in need of salvation, because we are born of the lineage of fallen Adam. Thus, we must be born again.

    (Refuting) The (Original Sin) Doctrine!!

You are taking the example of children too literally, and missing the point. Indeed, children have something to point to as an example of what we must become; but just as we do not reenter the womb in being born again, we do not become children born of the flesh and of our lineage as akin to Adam.

    (Refuting) The (Original Sin) Doctrine!!

No...you can't call "context" and take away the eternal principles of all that is written historically is based on. That would be to give more glory to the subject rather than the object. Matthew 23:17 The message of those historic events was for us to learn the principles of God. You've missed...
