I doubt that God incarnated, but believe Jesus is God

In reality (God's reality), God being the same yesterday, today, and forever, all that we now see and experience, and everything we have read, all occurred in God, in the twinkling of an eye (His eye), and it is simply now being played out in revelations from Him to us in real time (His real...

    (Refuting) The (Original Sin) Doctrine!!

You can't have it both ways. Either "There is none righteous, no, not one", or nothing that is written means anything, or worse, God is a liar. But that passage is just one of many. Another is the idea that comes to light with passing "from death to life." One would have to go way out of their...

Double Standards: Does the liberty in Christ have limitations?

There are no double standards, only misunderstandings and misinterpretations. Thus, Paul was able to rightly say without exception, "Nothing is unlawful for me." If Jesus is God, and one is "in Christ", they are God, meaning they are the law, and whatever they do is according to the law. God...

I doubt that God incarnated, but believe Jesus is God

I use parables for the same reason God does. Parables are suppose to help. As for your question of whether or not Jesus is real: The answer is Yes, but No. Yes He is real, but not because He was born of the flesh, but because He was real before the world began. That was also why I brought up...

    (Refuting) The (Original Sin) Doctrine!!

Peaceable is good. The bottom line here was inadvertently made clear by Jesus: That unless or until we are born again of the spirit of God, our father is the devil (Satan)...so, yes, we are first born sinners. That is: John 8:44 combined with 1 Corinthians 15:50. Because, as it is written...

Universalism: Where Do People Get The Idea

I am sure that is at the heart of all who believe in universal salvation for all. Except...that is not what we are in the middle of. We are not born into a world and race of perfect people, not even. That is not what is written. What is written, is that we are merely "created in the image of...

    (Refuting) The (Original Sin) Doctrine!!

Babies are born what/who they are born of. What are they a child of? If they are born a son or daughter of the lineage of Adam, then they are born of sin and are a sinner. That is why we must be born again...because what is born of God is not born of sin.

I doubt that God incarnated, but believe Jesus is God

Does Pinocchio become a real boy? Do all wooden toys become real?

I doubt that God incarnated, but believe Jesus is God

Jesus is a lamb? Jesus is a loaf of bread? Jesus is light bulb? Jesus is a word? Yeah, you're right, none of that makes any sense! ...Or you're wrong, and you're just not getting the parable language.

I doubt that God incarnated, but believe Jesus is God

If Minnie Mouse gave birth would a placenta be involved...or pixels? It's like that. God created man in His "image." This world is that image.
  11. ScottA

I doubt that God incarnated, but believe Jesus is God

Neither, really. He created an "image", a revelation.

I doubt that God incarnated, but believe Jesus is God

Are you asking, or making a statement?

I doubt that God incarnated, but believe Jesus is God

    Like I said..."of this world."

I doubt that God incarnated, but believe Jesus is God

The problem is, most define "literal" as "of this world", when Jesus' kingdom is not of this world.

(Bidah) fallacious Tactic!! Apply Your Own Terms To Concepts To Win Argument!!

Go figure, many atheists use a similar tactic with the terms of man made science as the rule to decide all debates. In other words, they impose worldly proofs on godly topics, and rule any godly information as inapplicable and unacceptable. Sounds to me like "House Rules" according to the wicked.

I doubt that God incarnated, but believe Jesus is God

No, on the contrary, Jesus confirmed/fulfilled the prophesies given and portrayed by Ezekiel. But be careful with the term "literal", as nothing in the world is anything literal in the kingdom, but is a mere image and likeness.

I doubt that God incarnated, but believe Jesus is God

It seems to me that you have asked this in a couple of different ways...so I thought I would chime in: As I was explaining that the scriptures are only an image (the likeness of) what is true on high, the prophecies of Jesus include both likenesses: both that of the Son of God, and also the Son...

I doubt that God incarnated, but believe Jesus is God

Indeed, there is something fishy about the RCC...but I don't know much about the incarnation doctrine or it's origin. I only know what the scriptures say.

I doubt that God incarnated, but believe Jesus is God

Well...if you look at the prism of God's word sideways...it would appear so. But that is not the truth...except that it is written that way. Which means, yes, but no-- Yes because God has told the truth within this context of time space and matter, but No because it is merely an image, a...

The death of the spirit of life in the Beginning / Why we must be Born Again.

I quoted Peter, including "as", and that I did not mean to contradict, but to agree and to show to be the truth. "As" a thousands years speaks to the perspective of men who would view a thousand years as "forever." Rightly so.
