A bit? LOL

Thanks so much for such a good reply. Not much to add ! Re your last sentence... Yes,,, there is only one God. Manifesting in three different ways gets into a heresy...but it's difficult to speak of the Trinity or Godhead. I think you mean that there is One God but there are 3 persons in Him...

I know that Paul used the expression Kingdom of God and Kingdom of Heaven interchangeably.... But usually we say Kingdom of God to mean God's Kingdom here on earth... Is this what you're talking about in your post? OR, are you talking about the Kingdom of Heaven, after death?

I had to leave the CC because there was nothing there for me AFTER I got saved.... however I was attending the CC when I DID get saved. I just can't understand what the danger can be of remaining. What are the dangers?

Agreed. Seems like we don't know who the enemy is.

What does Mark 10:27 mean? It means we're not to treasure earthly things more than God. Man treasures his riches,,,but God can make him desire the love of God and man more. I agree with Mark 10:27...I'm not sure we understand it the same way. I'd get some commentaries but it's so late here...

these two are beautiful !!

I agree!

Oh my gosh A,,,,NO! I don't think we can achieve perfection in this life. You think we could be sinless?

Did you say Bongiovi? Sounds Italian...

Ed Sheeren and Andrea Boccelli

Jesus said: If you want to follow Me... You must deny yourself.... (I'll pray for you)

OK. now seriously. some priests are pretty upset that the church has wandered from what the CCC states...which is SUPPOSED TO BE what the magesterum teaches. Have YOU spoken to any priests lately? There is where you'll find what is being taught...not in that stuff the pope writes that 75% of...

You want I should study the CCC? What makes you think I haven't? I'm in a light mood and have scanned my copy. Oh. And what makes you think I don't speak to priests?

But to whom do you prophecy?

I think you must be aware of the fact that a Catholic is required to believe in all the dogmas and even in the doctrine of that church. If a person does not believe in something there is a routine to follow. I say this because there are many catholics that call themselves "good catholics"...

I don't know about that bb. I'm not sure anymore what is best. It's complicated. But what I DO know for sure is that we need to be disciples of Jesus and follow in HIS ways. No matter what church we're in.
