After 1000 years of being taught at the feet of liars and apostates the reformers were all taught by the holy Spirit. But not all of them received all the truth all at once. To each one was given as much light as they could take. They were however still influenced by the baggage of error of past...

You wrote a great deal and said nothing. You quoted me but didn't answer the points I made. You quoted scripture yet not one of them actually says anything whatsoever about the discussion around Sunday sacredness. Setting money aside for a collection makes a day sacred? Seriously? And the...

I haven't read one post in this thread, not wanting to get involved in another long winded debate. I just wanted to make one answer to the original question ... Saved or predestined? I don't think it's an option between the two. It's both. I think the reason we are saved is in order that God...

Strange isn't it. Too many, even people who identify as Christian, leave their children to be educated and hypnotised by strangers. Yet the enemy fully understand the advantage in reaching children. Hence queer cross dressing transvestite whores reading to kindergarten aged babies. A mum...

Virtue signaling. Don't destroy my nice building or litigate against my organisation... See, I'm avocating socialism on your behalf. See, I'm on your side. See, I believe white folk are all racist plantation owners and they owe you. This politically correct woke BS is nothing but morally...

While such a gathering may not necessarily be evident now, it won't be too far distant methinks that such will be the only option. Taking a look around the world and we witness spiritual armies beginning to gather to surround the church. Those armies come in many guises. They take on titles and...

In other words @Marymog , @RogerDC , it's not about my opinion. It's about Catholic opinion that has overturned a specific commandment. It is Catholic opinion that has trumped irrefutable scripture. The Catholic Church doesn't have scripture to support it's case for Sunday sacredness. And she...

LOL. A classic example of projecting. The discussion here is about the Catholic Church's invention of Sunday sacredness. And her own claims to have the authority to do so. That is, to overturn a commandment of God. Now what on Earth does my opinion have anything to do with a fact of religious...

Satan at that time was permitted entry, but it wasn't his home. He was there as the rightful legal prince of this planet, given him by Adam. At the cross, that legal right was taken from him. Thus all heaven could then declare KJV Revelation 12 9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old...

He, and others, have tried to use scripture to destroy scripture. As if Exodus 20 somehow disappears off those tables of stone because the church says, the Resurrection supercedes God's laws. Yep, Jesus rose according to scripture, and BoL quoted those scriptures. So? They reveal Jesus rose...

Demons in heaven?

KJV Revelation 20 5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.(of God's people who had died throughout all ages when they were Resurrected at the second coming) KJV Revelation 20 6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the...

@Pneuma okay. With all the above said, don't feel bad. None of us know the Lord as we should. Remember Joshua meeting up with the Angel of the Lord? There he was, the leader of Israel, just spent the last 40 years as Moses protege, Jesus standing in front of him, and Joshua asks, ummm, who are...

You are revealing yourself the deeper we go into this. And it's not getting any better. You need to start again. You don't know God well enough or His purposes. I make no apology for that statement because you are so so astray in your thinking.

Okay. Let me address this first then you may want to revise the rest of your response. I do not see number 4 as an option that excludes suffering. Jesus said that someone who sins more will suffer "with more stripes". KJV Luke 12 47 And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared...

@Scoot . Beginning my life as Catholic and after coming to Jesus as a young adult then spending nearly 20 years in Pentecostal churches, I came to the same conclusion as you. Since then the last 23, years has been a discovery of Who God is. What He is like. His character. And the overriding...

Well, you are correct in so far as you went. But you didn't actually address the question. Or rather my answer. You asked, if Paul can be saved why not anyone else? Now I agree there is no reason anyone cannot be saved... But they do need to be saved. And it is up to them to accept the gift...

all those who hate Jesus and everything He stands for. All those who adamantly refuse to repent and turn away from sin. All those who love unrighteousness and hate righteousness. Those who love darkness rather than light. Those who have no trust, no belief, no faith in God, for without it it is...

So when scripture tells us that death shall be destroyed, you believe everyone... Literally everyone... Regardless of the life they lived... Will be brought back to life? So salvation is for all and it's totally unconditional?

Okay, that is interesting. I didn't know. What I do know is that this is an individual thing and had no connection whatsoever with the official church. The Adventist Reform Movement is independent of the conference church... Holds to the same beliefs doctrinally but in practice probably would be...
