I don't see that Butch5' date=' [/B'] Those that disobey are those making a pact with the devil to avoid it (rapture) and their "covenant with death shall be disannulled," for the scourge will come and "then ye shall be trodden down by it." [B]The scourge is coming and we, those He loves, will...

Hebrews 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us. Our part in running the race set before us is to withstand the...

A few days ago I read the following post, written by our new member, Miss Hepburn. That message exactly states my life at present! Reading it was like seeing myself. Freedom, joy, inspiration, happiness, even in becoming older, is from being in His house, being of His family. When reading...

There are some believers that see the time we are now living in as the millennium. They, preterist, think the second Advent of Christ happened when Jerusalem was destroyed in 70AD. I DON'T and will often apply the following Scripture...(not that it does any good ) to change their minds...

And, I like the way you think too. :D I just answered you in another post where you asked who the false prophet was....that is leviathan the great deceiver, and there are many of him teaching God's children today. "Take heed lest any man deceive you." Mark 13:5

I love talking about it too. :) A test is indeed a choice but this isn't "easy." It is easy to love Him but Satan is with us, pretending to be loving and holy, all the while feeding us deception. He is the "false prophet" and we're warned about him throughout the Old and New Testament. The...

Our test is as it was long ago.... Deuteronomy 13:3 Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul. The great tribulation is a time of...

Some teach that leviathan is....a crocodile and, in a way he/they are. Please consider this: Job 41:1 Canst thou draw out leviathan with an hook? or his tongue with a cord which thou lettest down? 41:33-34 Upon earth there is not his like, who is made without fear. He beholdeth all high...

1 Corinthians 1:18 For the preaching of THE CROSS is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the POWER OF GOD.Paul is addressing the "church of God" and "them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints." Therefore, I believe the subject is not only the...

1 Corinthians 16:15-16 I beseech you, brethren, (ye know the house of Stehanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and that they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints,) That ye submit yourselves unto such, and to every one that helpeth with us, and laboureth. 16:17-18 I am...

Paul teaches that there are many members in the body of Christ. Interestingly, there are different mentions of those body parts in Scripture. God puts us where He wants us to be to do the job He wants us to do: 1 Corinthians 12:12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the...

It certainly helped me. :) I do have questions about the two beasts and, the trumps, woes, etc. and hope to have time to organize my thoughts later today. Hopefully you can help answer the questions. About the above I hi-lighted in blue.... Consider that the first earth age, in which Satan "drew...

As Christ is our Savior...we who follow Him are christians and of the body of Christ. As Christ is The First Fruit...we that follow Him in all things are also first fruits. As Christ is The Man Child...we who follow Him are men children...which means some of us are among the very elect. Abram...
