    Coronavirus spreading

Does it really matter? So everyone gets a little unwell.... The elderly, if they have pre-existing conditions, fare a little worse, and some die. So the medical fraternity need to protect them. Build a wall perhaps around nursing homes. Retirement villages. The rest of us, we get a little unwell...

    Coronavirus spreading

This is a very divisive topic it seems. We have some of us taking the covid 19 very seriously, and completely trusting the figures and warnings the media is offering us. Others are not so trusting, while remaining fully aware that there are certainly dangers inherent in this particular virus...

    Exodus 2

Prayed for you sbg. Don't ever hesitate to call upon God for help. I understand that sometimes we think, 'He won't hear me because I'm only calling upon Him in desperation'. SBG, the Bible is filled with characters who called upon their Lord in desperation, and was heard for their crying and...

    Coronavirus spreading

They don't just want acceptance...they want to rule the world.

They don't just want acceptance...they want to rule the world.

Uh huh. Until God points out a sin they don't want to give up. Or refuse to recognize as sin. We always have a choice. I have lost count of the number of conversations I have had with Christians who refuse to accept the Bible as their standard of conduct.

Not sinlessly perfect... But perfectly repentant. There is a difference. Think of the alternative.

They don't just want acceptance...they want to rule the world.

An orientation shaped and developed within the framework of a fallen world. An orientation designed by am enemy to thwart the purposes of God in creation. The so-called 'gay lifestyle' we hear so much of is a direct result of satanic meddling. It is more appropriately called a sinful lifestyle...

They don't just want acceptance...they want to rule the world.

You stated earlier... But now suggest it is simply not expedient? Since when has sin been "not expedient"? As if it is simply an inconvenient option? The only sin that is ever covered by grace is the sin that is forsaken completely.

    Prayer...

Bottom line, prayer is a serious business. We are called to pray. Why? Why is it that the Bible tells us: 2Co 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds…and Eph 6:12-18 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but...

    Prayer...

An esssy... It is really is truly astonishing, that right at our fingertips, (or tongue-tips to be more precise), is a vehicle for entering into the throne room of the Creator of the universe! A vehicle that is available to us 24 hours a day, every day of the year. If we had such a privilege to...

Where did God come from? - The answer to a frequent question

Compare the creation when God breathed into man/dust the breath of life and man became a living soul. The breath/spirit was not a pre-existing entity with it's own personality before entering the man. And there is no evidence that the spirit gains it's own personality or life without the...

Where did God come from? - The answer to a frequent question

And in rejecting personal testimony... Either an eye witness account or personal experience or both... They are as much calling the one who testified a false witness, or deluded/deceived. Yet the testimony of scripture is redolent with real time evidential experiential events that reveal the...

Who Do I Confess My Sins To?

When we testify that we were once addicts... thieves... Blasphemers... Idolators etc etc, and are now living free from bondage and sin, we accomplish two things. We testify to the power, and the love, and the grace of a God Who keeps His promises. Second, we give confidence to those struggling...

    Jesus the ventriloquist?

Except here... KJV Hebrews 1 8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. ... Where the Father Himself is addressing His Son as God.
