Brain fog is when our thought become confused or very slow... My brain get tired of thinking by about 7pm ... :D I am more perky in the mornings... I have always been a 'morning person' even as a child... Coconut oil is good for keeping the brain sharp.

Agree, he is now just repeating himself for lack of responding and discussing. Seems he cannot discuss, but only repeat what he believes and in telling others that they are wrong. It get repetitious and boring. I'm done here....
