Also praying for Farouk!

Give God the glory!

Praying for you my friend!

If I answered each one, do you suppose that they would all be right and agree precisely with every answer of everyone else on this thread? If not, why not? Does God ever speak through me? Does He ever speak through you or anyone else who has participated on this thread? Do any of us need to or...

God will judge ultimately according what we have done with what we had. Everything that we have has been given to us by God and He knows better than we what we have had. That a person has memorized a scripture does not mean that he has God's message to him about that scripture. People do...

It is discerned according to God as it is. If we are led by the Spirit of God, then we discern it as He does. How well are we doing?

Indeed! I could respond to each one, but I won't because I know from experience that on every point some man will have a counterpoint. We are led by the Holy Spirit into truth, but disagreements occur because some sometimes quench the Holy Spirit, which means that some who have received the Holy...

You've already forgotten what I told you about Romans 14 previously: Romans 14 is telling us how to treat others. How we treat our own stewardship is another thing. This is the talent that God gave to each us until He returns for His own and expects an accounting from us: "So then every one of...

No, as you already know, not many will agree with you, but please don't stop writing as God leads you. Between you and others such as our friend @bbyrd009 , perhaps some unbeknownst to us, can we maybe... move on closer to Him, to seeing His face as it is? "Thy will be done in earth, as it is...

"To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:" Col 1:27

Perhaps you are not saying it directly, but by your emphasis on threads such as this one it is what I hear. Maybe no one else is hearing that? Even if you just let it flow, would that not often simply allow the flesh to lead? How often is too often? Where is your own spirit in this? Where is...

I am glad you seem to see all of these things so clearly. Me? I'm still with David 'seeking His face' and with Paul 'seeing through a glass darkly'... but I am still striving with God's help for the "then".

"Much is given... much is required"

Your words here and her testimony don't change what I said. Like the Jew I mentioned we have to work with our own past intact since we cannot change it... even if we would like to... I did a lot of things before I met Jesus that I don't do any more. I certainly would not suggest to a new...

Your words come from these verses: "For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall...

If we get to a place where there is no night, how will we then be discern any difference in days? "And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:" Gen 1:14 "And God made two...

You could call it neo-colonialism I suppose, but I believe that very many called "Christian" will suffer because their attitude is more than a little bit on the selfish side. Jesus lived according to this verse written by Paul: "Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness...

So then let people with real testimonies testify of them, but I would recommend not instilling in people the idea that God does not care what we do with that of which we are only stewards: our bodies of flesh! We, like the cattle on a thousand hills, belong to God... not to me, nor to you, nor...

From experience I know what people did years ago, when most people did not own even television sets. I can remember when my mother had our first telephone installed. Can people imagine no televisions and no phones much less no computers nor Internet? Maybe in some old movies they might see it...

You did misunderstand and seemingly drew a conclusion. Sorry but as we both know communication is at times at the root of disagreements or misunderstandings. Does it work better with the word, IF? If anyone looks at Paul and fails to see the image of Jesus, then as per Paul we should not...
