SOoooo now tell us something that we DON'T already know!!

Glad that you said that...I am following every post here..." heavy -handed...like a hammer...very sad....this could be a good enjoyable thread...with people who " give and take" but , sadly it isn't.

Numbers 12:3 "Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the face of the earth. "

Love that story about the cordial...excellent illustration :D One of the best I've heard.

Does anyone know anything from the scriptures about this? I know nothing. Heard a lot of stories, one preacher say he has spoken to his and knows his name!! But I know nothing that is set in stone scriptually. The only scripture I am aware of is Matt 18:10 - "Take heed that ye despise not one...

Good one to add. Ann Voskamp " Just four words right now: You are with me. Discouragement trailing? But You are with me. Worries hounding? But You are with me. Valleys ahead & shadows looming? But You are with me. I may feel useless, but only one thing is needful: that I am with You and...

You are a trouper bbyrd009 continuing on...don't you get tired of being told over and over how much you don't know about prophesy? More power to you elbow brother.... Bless you.

I have not noticed this thread before...so I am late to the party. I used to feel very condemned about worry and anxiety...it made me feel so guilty. I do believe that there is a difference between worry and fear...for the longest time I thought they were the same. Worry is ( to me) turning...

In my first posts #2 - How possessed is possessed? I took your opening post on face value. Then after navigating elsewhere, I thought over your thread title and your first post..and thought, " wait a moment, is this really a discussion or not." It's happened to me a few times on the...

I was speaking generally , I mentioned that. But Sword in other threads, and other members too ...seem to come out with both barrels blazing..and start arguing right off the bat. As I mentioned somewhere...my old dad used to always ask us why we believed what I believed...and how did we...

Your Thread subject =..."Can a Christian be demonically possessed?" Then, your first post says:- Yes,they can be possessed. Contrary to some beliefs. What do you need us for? You asked and answered your own question...period. One thing I find very strange on the Site is.. ( not only directed...

Depends on what is called "possessed" Someone who is "totally possessed"...is obviously in control of another being..they have no choice because they are "possessed." Even the man in Mark 5...pretty far gone.. "Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with...

I like that. It seems like a million years ago,.. a dear lady said to me..."Always be sure to return to The Magnetic North...like a compass.' It has stood me in good stead...we are here in this world for only God knows when...we have to be involved, work, life, stuff, distracts us along the...

Hi there Yes I agree with that ( I think!!) ( like yourself...we also have had dealing with delivering people from the clutches of the demonic) ..maybe not 'possessed'..(although some ministries do use that word for it) ......but for sure oppressed, ...and 'in' them. We have cast spirits...

Hi there. I do say amen to his/her post. I do NOT discount FIRE...after falling away, yes, there will be a price to pay, and it wont be fun!! What I do disagree with is- "the forever" thing. I am not expecting you to believe what I believe...I am just saying what I believe. With all of...

You need to get off your high horse before you fall off. I can read...and I have read every post. Get back in your pram.

Haha! too true. But then again...because I believe "wheat" are God's blood-washed people. I am hoping I am 'all wheat'..with no tares...but you say true, We DO all have much of " the early Jacob " within ...I think we are out of Esau...but not wholly out of the 'old' Jacob who was a bit of a...

Amen Jun2u. I am right with you there. :)

Good post...Amen. I wish others would see that too , rather than judge other peoples lives. So many ( and I have probably done the same in the past) try to "be" the Holy Spirit in other peoples lives, rather than praying for them so that they 'hear' what God is speaking for the next step in...

Great, thanks...I did not know that...I spend ages scrolling...thanks for the short cut ... :) Two thumb up!! LOL
