I love that and often pray it as a prayer. The awesomeness of The Word Of God. ✟ Lovely post Vic... It blessed my soul!! I needed that today. :)

I have never heard of him...but by the video...he is an enemy of the cross...and no friend of ours!!

I just wanted to say...I am following this thread closely ...even though not posting in it much . Great and interesting thread. :)

Ha! When I read that I thought..."why Romans 4-8.., why stop at 8 , the rest is so wonderful...then you wrote...."tough to pick out favourites" ...:) I so agree. I love Hebrews.. but then again, when I want exciting history, I love both books of Kings . Your are Soooo right....impossible to...

Maybe so....but do you believe that they stay there forever? Just interested ....

Is that not what Lucifer had?!! Pride. God says it better than I can :) 1 Samuel 2:3 - "Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let [not] arrogancy come out of your mouth: for the LORD [is] a God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed." Romans 12:3 - "For I say, through the grace given unto...

To me...it is the history, and the future of a Love story....the Groom wooing His Bride. (I even believe that our initial salvation is when our inner ear is opened, and we finally hear His voice calling us..His potential Bride...and we are drawn by The Father ..and from there on..He reveals...

Sorry, forgot to say..'Welcome to the Site.' ✟

Well said...though I only quoted a bit of it.....I like the whole post. Obviously I agree... ✟

Just for conversations sake..:) "seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses" ..the departed and the living, cloud of witnesses! He has come...He is within each of us right. ....and He will yet be revealed....out of our innermost being. As our old man dies away...

Yes, love Eph 2..but my fav is all of Colossians ...I read it regularly. My old dad loved the Psalms. The night he died he had his bible..he had oxygen and could hardly breath, his lungs were filling up. Yet he sat there , propped up in bed, reading Psalm 86 out loud ..struggling to breath...

Sword said: ↑ Romans 6 and Ephesians 10. The whole body needs this Well spotted, I missed that one!! :) :D

Amen to that! ( still endeavouring to get that job done! but I think it will be on my back until the end. )

Yep, I know the video is 2 mins long....but it was very obviously in slow motion for effect , not in real time. It would not be so scary to watch if it was in real time. ... They say that the pearl divers can hold their breath for that long though! So, maybe I am wrong. Did you feel like it...

:D I loved that...and very true!! ( and I voted 'NO' )

If you are asking if I am a Catholic...no I am not. :) ( I am a crazy Charismatic ) I believe that Our God IS the refining Fire..... Hebrews 12:29

Yes, I too have to agree with this. Agree....Probably because deep down ( even if unconsciously) they know we are God's people. Plus, because of that very thing, they know that Islam's agenda is to annihilate God's people...which is what they want. But...our God wins! :) ✟

That is what you believe. I do not. We could debate the words "eternal", 'forever', 'everlasting' , 'eons,' 'ages', and all their root meanings...but...it has all been done before. Your "forever" , and my forever, are very different. Bless you. ✟

Personally Sword I don't see it as you do. Neither does the OP post condemn me. If someone has an answer to prayer and posts it, I rejoice with them. If some needs prayer..I will pray with them...but, 'Praise and worship' is a private thing...how much time I spend in praise, worship and...
