Which is NOT Jesus. Words are WHAT's not WHO's.

No. I am not changing my definition of criteria! I was talking about rejection criteria and because of your completely illogical posts, I changed focus to acceptance criteria. Really, it is (x) compared to (1-x).

What benefit does it produce to make Jesus God

Agreed. What do you think of agency in relation to the Great Commission? I believe Jesus is the gate to God. Lately, I’ve been pondering the notion of agency in Scripture. Do you believe the One Saviour God calls on agents to assist in his plan for salvation, which explains the Great Commission?

This shows your negative acceptance criteria. By using the word ‘not’ in what you would believe reveals you accept as true that which is absent from Scripture; namely, any verse which explicitly says ‘Jesus is God.’ This is not logical. The burden is on the one making the positive claim. The...

Not at all. I totally accept the word was God - figuratively and not referring to Jesus.

What benefit does it produce to make Jesus God

It’s awe inspiring how you make things up as you go. YHWH clearly, directly and repeatedly started that he alone is God. Now all a sudden you invent 3 Scriptural fictions: God, an eternal Spirit, ever was in the flesh, that died. In such a state, YHWH would only hint at this truth out of not...

What benefit does it produce to make Jesus God

Many people act as a savior. First responders, military allies, financial donors, etc. The difference is that God chose Jesus to be the agent of God saving us. It does not make Jesus God. Please explain why it is that Scripture explicitly juxtaposes God with Jesus in many verses, e.g., Jesus is...

    What Scripture verse says that?

What benefit does it produce to make Jesus God

You are aware that this is not true, right? God delegated this power to Jesus, who in turn, delegated it to the Apostles.

LOL. Sons are created, by definition. It's such a basic conceptual problem of contradiction. Scripture says Jesus is a created being by identifying him as a son. Sons are created beings. The trinity is not in the Bible, not the word and not the concept. Keep that in mind when using the notion...

OSAS Revamps it's Image: Not Sinners nor Saints

The precise opposite is the case. Words are WHAT's not WHO's. The entire reason you put all your investment in imposing trinitarian interpretation onto unitarian text is because there is no direct trinitarian verse. You have nothing else but to grasp as shadows. Scripture is the most famous...

What benefit does it produce to make Jesus God

This is why I say trinitarianism is opposed at every turn by: Definition Logic Language Usage Explicit Scripture 'For us, there is one God the Father' is cannot be recognized as refuting the trinitiy. Indeed, the fact that trinity is not in Scripture, the word nor concept, has no implicit...

Houtos Means Only "This" (John 6:60 & 1:2)

This is a rare exploration by me into foreign Languages. houtos is the Greek word in both verses. It means "this" in English. οὗτος - Wiktionary Determiner οὗτος • (hoûtos), f αὕτη (haútē), n τοῦτο (toûto) (medial demonstrative determiner and pronoun) this (of place) here in contrast with ὅδε...

What benefit does it produce to make Jesus God

Like their insisting 'word' must be referring to Jesus, the idolatry of "I am" must mean he is claiming to be God is too dear to give up. It shows how desperate they must be to read into unitarian text what is not there AND simultaneously block out evidence that goes against their man-made...

Who would you want with you on a deserted Island?

Angels don't come to minister to my during my trials and tribulations. Not that I can tell, anyway. It would make a big difference if they did and is one of the Biblical facts that go against the idea that Jesus was tempted like the rest of humanity. What company do I want during life's journey...

    Proclaiming the Word Means?

‘The word’ proclaimed uses the definite article; it is specific to Jesus being the Messiah in Acts 18:5. It is not a question of what I or anyone else believes. If there are all these different ‘The word’ proclaimed verses, then it becomes confusing. That is why I am asking a fact based...

What benefit does it produce to make Jesus God

Well, he did per Hebrews 1. It's just that disctinction is not always made. It's the same with claiming Jesus is descended from David. That's only true if you recognoze the stepfather Joseph. If this is not true, how do you explain the verses of 'today' you become my son in Hebrews 1?

John 1:1 - Jesus is the Father or he's not the one true God?

Don't you know an exclamation is not a statement of fact? When my toast falls butter side down, I am not literally claiming the toast is actually feces. Proof that the statement was an exclamation, there is not verse in Scripture that simply states 'Jesus is God' like there are many that say...
