Did you just say that if I don't believe YOUR EXPERIENCE, I'm rejecting Jesus? Who you?

BG No one is saying or denying that the actual EXPERIENCE was not true. What is being said is that, IF discussed, the experiene MUST match what scripture says. For the example you used above, it seems that it did. What if it DID NOT? Would you have believed the man with the dream or the Word...

I know of a woman over by Florence way that sees Mary on a regular basis. Should I go there and listen to HER?? After all, she's had such a great experience!

BG Some people ask questions to clarify what the other person believes. It's not easy to talk about spiritual matters. If then there is some disagreement, I wouldn't call that "pouncing".

Just read the first sentence and then stopped. You said "God created evil". God is LOVE. God IS love. NOT God HAS love. 1 John 4:8 God is ALL GOOD. NOT God is good. He is ALL GOOD, there is no evil in Him. So... How did a perfectly loving and good being create evil? and for our own good...

Nothing ever will !

I doubt you'll ever find one BoD. If you do, let me know. I've been searching many years. Trust me on this, there's no answer.

All we know for sure is that God and satan are enemies and satan hates man and wishes man to be lost. Why else would he have tempted Eve in the Garden? Everything else, imo, is conjecture. I wonder how many here have read The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis. Everyone should read that book...

Good enough. Since there's no answer.

I agree to all. The Trinity is not easily found in scripture... The theory of the Trinity was put together after Jesus ascended and slowly over time by those who came after Him. It is only found in the bible when one looks for it, so it wouldn't be easy to see as we read through. This is a...

I understand. How do you understand the Trinity?

This is a Protestant site. It is open to all Christian's. Some sites do not even allow threads on Catholicism. I find this site to be very open minded. You should read the SOF.

Good verse. It proves Jesus is God. In human form. The Son. Second person of the Trinity or triune Godhead, just like Colossians 2:9 says.

I have heard before about all three persons being called Jesus. Of course God Father is spirit as are the Son and the Holy Spirit. We say persons because this is what we understand as humans. Jesus, however, DID have a body. What scripture do you have for your understanding of the "names"? (...

That's for sure. What does the video have to do with what you posted. I really don't learn from links of individual pastors.

My goodness. Has no one here ever heard of personal revelation? It has nothing to do with the Bible. It is not to be shared. It's not for everyone, I hope you Never need to know what I was told...

Strong's?!! Try Daniel 7:13-14 The Son of Man was understood to mean the Messiah or anointed one sent by God. Jesus used this term so as not to get the authorities mad at Him before He had finished His mission.

No 101. I know there are thin red lines like a mine field all over the doctrine of the Trinity. What you're saying sounds all wrong. Where did you learn this? I like to learn from mainline denominational churches that teach what has been taught from the beginning. Modern concepts do not...

What does Son of Man mean??
