Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

My point is likewise; there is only one monotheist God whose Spirit is an attribute, not a separate entity. Jesus is a man whose resurrection is our proof of God’s promise as Acts 17:31 explains. Like us, Jesus is selected or adopted by God to be his sons and daughters. Acts 17:31 does not...

Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

@kcnalp , @Cooper , @Ronald Nolette Can you acknowledge above? I'm not JW. God is Spirit not flesh. Untrue. It's just that this thread is about the books of Acts. I'll be happy to tear apart the false doctrine in any thread from verses in other books. @kcnalp , @Cooper , @Ronald Nolette...

Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

Irrelevant what he WOULD do. Acts informs us that it was actually God who raised Jesus. Trinitarians want to ignore 20:31 and pretend it means Jesus is God. An interpretation consistent with LANGUAGE USAGE is that they are 2 beings. Even though Wrangler WOULD eat by himself, he actually ate...

Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

No. It is an absolute Biblical fact. The trinity is not in the Bible - not the word and not the doctrine. There simply is no verse that reads The nature of God is a trinity - consisting of the F, S, & HS who are co-substantial, co-equal and co-eternal - and if you do not believe this you cannot...

Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

Simple enough that Jesus is not mentioned at all in verse 1:1. Simple enough that NOTHING John wrote can be used to support God incarnate because John tells us in 20:31 everything he wrote was to prove Jesus was the Messiah. And Jesus himself tells us that his Father is the only true God in...

Revelations talks about the 7 Spirits of God. 7 entities?

Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

Nonsense. Jesus died. God did not die. Scripture tells us in ACTS that God - in his unitarian nature - raised Jesus. This is not equal to Jesus actually raised himself from the dead. No where is this claim even made in Scripture! Jesus tells us God, who is the Father alone, is greater than...

Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

Notice how desperate the trinitarians are, COMPLETELY abandoning the field! This thread is about the Book of Acts. Yabut these other verses (which have been debunked in other threads) ...

Notice how the text does not state Jesus created all things?

The proof is the absence of any such statement in Scripture. Said differently, there is no proof of any trinitarian claim.

Notice how John 1:1 does NOT say God became flesh?

Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

Agreed. He is just not the LORD God, who selected the man Jesus to be our Savior and Master (lord).

Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

What a desperate attempt to equate the LORD with my Lord. Maybe back then, people were used to being subjects and servants, it not slaves, to a master they owed loyalty to. Perhaps there is a modern day bias against calling anyone lord except the LORD. In any event. LORD. Lord. Not equal.

    Evidence To Be Seen

While true, there is no REASON to abandon the field of evidence to unbelievers. :)

Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

The dualist pernicious statement is that he is fully man and fully God, a contradiction if there ever was one. The whole lesson of Original Sin is that man is NOT God; they are mutually exclusive terms. Fully IN is not synonymous with Fully OUT.

Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

Only trinitarian corrupted translations suppose that, like the KJV. Others properly say he merely called out to the Lord Jesus - who is NOT God. The ESV prides itself on being the most literal translation in English, And as they were stoning Stephen, he called out, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.”

No. Jesus is a lord but not of the Old Testament. The desperate arguments and assertions of trinitarians just get more outlandish!

Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

Not really an answer to my question. When Jesus was on Earth he told us to pray to a single being in heaven. That means nothing, in practice?

Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

If this is true, why did Jesus tell us to pray to a being in heaven ONLY?

Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

I am serious. The trinity is not n the Bible - not the word and not the doctrine. Attempts to back into it as a False Alternative will fail. Jesus is not any kind of God. The Book of Acts says God selected this man (Jesus) but that has no impact on your theology.
