No interest = willful ignorance. The wild card? You say that you’ve read the Bible and that you’re re-reading it. Reading = acquisition of information. What does that say about interest? What does that say about motivation?

After having read the Bible, do you really have no idea what God’s government does? How it functions? What its purpose is? You’ve said very clearly that you aren’t here to learn. That being the case, why do you want / need me to explain it to you?
