Dr. Ramsay, a trinitarian (Presbyterian) author, hasn’t mentioned Islam so far in his book. (But I’ve only read the first 65 pages so far.) I’m impressed by what he’s written. I’ve found him to be well-grounded in scripture and historically accurate up to this point in his book.
