I did not need to quit Facebook.
They banned me.

now its true its gonna cost us who have done that our lives , or most of us anyway
I SHUDDER IN TOTAL HORROR and TERROR for what THEY are gonna face ON JESUS DAY . i had darn sure
rather be persecuted and even killed for JESUS sake
than to have lived the most luxurious life , even elected as a king of the world and yet had anything to do with this world peace .
THAT A FACT SISTER . THAT is fact . THEY COMING for our hides . And they will beleive they do the will of GOD .
But on the day of the LORD there will be NO , where for them to HIDE . what do you see in the two big words
you See NO HIDE ,
and now a word NOAHIDE WILL LEAD THEM ALL TO ANTI CHRIST and unto the beast . And this inclusive world
will come for our hides , as in our skin and blood sister . But as i said ON JESUS day
they will have no place to HIDE .

speaking of hijacker ,
what would you do if i told you a ecumenical harlot has hijacked the original gospel in favor of an all inclusive one .
I WOULD BE FAR MORE CONCERNED WITH that , than with a sister who simply brings Words from the bible .

And now i want to warn us all about something .
IF anyone here is being led into any world peace plan , GET OUT . ITS OF ANTI CHRIST , its peace is NOT of GOD .

I'm on the "should quit" side too, and for me it's less the news and more how much of my head it takes up. I noticed I was scrolling when I was tired and then praying with a cluttered mind, which felt backwards. What's helped is picking what I let in on purpose, like Philippians 4:8, "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things." Has anyone found a rhythm for it that actually stuck?
