Mine was the cold-proofed crust, three-cheese pizza with black olives, baby bella mushrooms, and sweet Italian sausage:

Came in 2nd to the Greek pizza. It was really, really good. My favorite combination. I've always liked that extra kick of fennel in Pizza Hut, but I'm not crazy about their crust. So this one has a similar, long-simmered sauce with basil, oregano, and fennel, but the crust is better.

Because I can't get the oven crazy hot like a proper pizza oven, I bake the crust by itself for a short time, and then put on the sauce and toppings, and finish it out quickly. Works for me.

It's more about family getting together and doing something together, even if we're scattered all over the country. Besides, it got me to move out of my comfort zone and try to make a better pizza. Which I did.
