A dark future for the world in prophecy

[Revelation study]

John’s vision: A BLOODBATH BEYOND HUMAN IMAGINATION! The armies of the world converge upon Israel. Millions face destruction. Heaven unleashes divine judgment as Jesus Christ returns in glory! Revelation describes a terrifying harvest of souls and the crushing of humanity's rebellion against God. ARMAGEDDON IS COMING! YOU CAN ESCAPE GOD'S WRATH!

I get why this stirs people up, but when I read Revelation what hits me more is how much of it is meant to steady believers, not scare them. For me it keeps coming back to Jesus being the one who wins in the end. Revelation 21:4 says "God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes." Curious which part of the vision stands out most to you.
