I don't think you're going to get an honest discussion with @reformed1689 since he is only stating one idea that doesn't really need to be argued. And he hasn't quoted the passage he finds suspect. If he did then it might be a genuine discussion.
It's 20,000 words, and notice @Jane_Doe22 didn't deny that they were copied.

If the Book of Mormon comes from plates that were lost in 428AD until Smith found them, why do they contain over 20,000 words that are a direct verbatim quote from the King James Bible which was not published until 1200 years later?
Regardless of the origin of the Book of Mormon, it would appear that the contents of that book are consistent with the Bible, but not with Mormon theology. Since it is a translation, and since Joseph Smith was familiar with the King James Bible, it is not strange that he would try and coordinate with the Bible.

Coordinate is one thing, direct copy is plagiarism. He was a fraud.

So you are denying that there are over 20,000 direct verbatim words from the KJV?
@reformed1689 , I don’t know what you are going through as a person, but I’m not your punching bag, which is all this thread is. You clearly have zero interest in respecting me, or anything I say, and instead just want to punch something. Sorry, I’m not interested.
