No, Paul is not teaching the false doctrines of annihilation. The biblical definition of eternal destruction is to spend eternity separated from the presence of the Lord in that place God created for the devil and his angels called hell.
The reason people go their is because everything produces after it's own kind and those that belong to the devil with satan as their father will receive the same eternal reward their father will be receiving - eternal torment in hell.
Those led by the Spirit of the Lord enduring until the end abiding in Christ are the sons of God who will be rewarded with eternity in God's precedence. All others belong to satan and will be spending eternity with him in hell.
