John 7:38,
38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
Do you really want to make Christianity work? has it ever crossed your mind that the abundant life that is quoted in scripture by Jesus Himself is always available to believers. The life that flows out of your belly like a river. What ever you were in your previous life including your ethnic background from child birth no longer exsists. As a matter of fact it is contrary to your Christian life, everything that made you you is contrary to your new creation life. You see how simple that would solve all the world issues if people were in Christ and knew it, knew what it really means to be a Christian. It would solve all issues, no more "our race is better than your race." The sound of that is so childish it can't be believed, but because people believe it it must be true. So much deception in the world that the scriptures discribe's it as; men love darkness.
You know what that is! it's like children that like to agitate one another. Hateful, lover's of pleasure more than lover's of God, disrespectful, and on and on Paul said in Timothy . Christians must seperate themselves from all that to become what God created them to be. If you are waiting on God to seperate you and be called out of the world, you will be waiting awhile. You choose to do it, you choose the lose of all things, you choose, you make up your mind. There is not going to be some special event that causes you to be set aside for God, you choose him over you, it is that simple. We have to quit making Christianity so complex, make a decision and do it.
I seen some back in the early days who could not make a decision. They wanted to do something for God, but a flat tire on their car was God telling them don't do it, or some other mishap and it was because they were behind in their tithes and offerings. They never did nothing but stand and turn circles, they could absulutely not make a quality decision. Just live your life for God, mistakes are good teachers go and do and learn. But don't just wait and wonder if I'm in the will of God you will never get anything done, if your in Christ your in the will of God. The best one is "who do I marry." Like God is going to go and pick one out, you probably want someone that is somewhat compatible. A Christian if your a Christian, but it doesn't matter who you marry, trust me your ups and downs will be the same with whoever you marry. You will have to learn to love and be patient and all the things that go into a marriage.
So where will the abundant life come from? The abundant life is already in you and flows out of you like rivers of living water when you see it is in you. It is not an outer life, this life starts from within and is worked out or expressed outwardly by the knowledge you gain of Christ in you. You cannot live what you don't know, but you can live what you know. That is what we are expected to live, the knowledge we gain as Christians.
