Strange but true stories:
I'll start with one of various angelic visitations I've had. I was homeless and cold and it was winter and I was walking up one of the streets in the city. My hands were freezing and I was thinking about God, God had explained that he commanded fire-word, which means he can create fire. He sent an angel to watch over me. The angel used a fire-word to warm my hands. They were exposed and became warm. He warmed me up several times that night. And then he left.
I think I already told this one, but here it is again: In this one I was visited by a being from above. He said I didn't have to eat breakfast the next morning cause I would be eating sausage at my fathers. I was already planning to visit my fathers, but was kinda like, "ok" that's kinda odd. So I didn't eat breakfast, and when I got to my fathers he was late, apparently he had gone to the grocery store to buy a novelty German sausage that he had never bought to my knowledge. He asked if I wanted some. And I remembered what the being said, and was like, "wow it came true". Afterwards I felt closer to God and His Angels.

I've always liked Charlie's Angel, mostly Farrah Fawcett, but Jaclyn Smith and Kate Jackson were nice too!

An angel saved me from death in a head-on car collision. Just before we collided I said "Jesus here I come" expecting to die. The next moment a pair of hands held onto my shoulders and prevented me from going through the windscreen. I came out of it with a bruised knee and a cut on my nose.
I had no seatbelt on, no airbags and was going 100ks an hour.

I have never to my knowledge Seen an Angel as, we are told Seeing them, they just may look like another person.
But my niece When little 2-3yrs saw, what she called Angels. Once numerous Angel's flying Over a Cemetery as she was in her car-seat passing by. Numerous times in her bedroom, supposed to be taking a nap, the same 3 Angel's (she called them by their names), often read to her from her story books, that she could recall what the stories were about. She said they looked like cloud People.
On one occasion, my adult neice, her 3yr old, an adult friend, her 3 yr old WERE at my nieces home. The two adults sitting in the dining room visiting. The two kids in the living room playing. Piano music begins playing. Adults hear, comment lovely song, realize, it's coming from the piano in the living room. They go ask the kids if they were playing the piano. They say no, it was John. Well where is John, the Moms ask. The kids giggle, right there, and point to the bench.
Seemed perfectly normal to the kids of what could see, but the Moms were bewildered.
Have had the feeling of the presence of Angels on different occasions, like a restraint of sorts from a potiental disaster.

My sister used to see what she called "bird people" standing in the air outside the window.
One time I had a vision where I saw Jesus standing in the air above the land where I lived and around him were all these angels, and they were in these clothes that had symbols written all over them. The angles were both male and female and had perfected bodies.

Very much so. Somewhere on here I have stories about it, tried to find them but can't. So I was in my first college and I had no money and the cafeteria was closed for Sunday and I didn't want to tell my parents. So my friend wanted to go to the music store and get some records and cassettes and ask me to go along. I thought it would take mt mind off of being hungry, but it didn't :). He went to the bank to get some money and there was a guy outside and came up to me and ask me for a penny, I didn't have one and couldn't find one in my friend's truck. The guy went back by the door and ask my friend the same. My friend told me he didn't give money but he will get food so we drove to McDonald's and he asked me what I would have wanted. I told him a Big Mac Meal Go Big, so he ordered that. We drove back to the bank and he guy was gone, so we went a good stretch down the road toward Disneyland (this happened in Anaheim) and nothing. So we went back to the bank got the same parking place and the same car was next to us with the same lady sitting in it when we were there the first time. My friend ask her about the guy and she told him she thought I was just talking out the window and my friend was talking to himself because she saw no one. My friend got back in and looked at me and asked me if I was hungry and I said yes, he said this food is for you and next time to tell him when I was hungry. We knew it was an angel. We went to the music store and I got a monkees cassette which my friend bought for me. :)

One more or two more.
I was on a mission trip with my school to Mexico and we had a day to ourselves so we were goofing around. I had leg surgery in high school on my hip, got a plate put in my hip because the doctor had to make a socket in my hip and break my leg. So me and my friend were zooming around, I was in a wheelchair and he was pushing me. I told him not to go fast near the speed bump, but he thought I said go fast, pushed me fast and let go (we did this before but not with a speed bump in the road). I hit the speed bump and I flew out and the wheelchair bounded backward. I went in the air and stop gently being lowered to the ground. My friends seeing all this said a man in weight totally buff lowered me down and then wag his finger at my friends, then disappeared.
On the same mission trip we were handing out flyers for the Church service and we saw two guys down an alley outside an open door with guns. My one friend wanted to hand them one and we told him no. Next thing we no he is headed that way and we couldn't stop him and we didn't want to yell so we did the only thing we could do - pray like we never had before. We watched as he went in the door and came out without flyers. He said no one seemed to see him and were spooked when the flyers went on their desk. The two guards didn't see him either and he came back and said that there were guns all over. That night the two guards appeared at the Church and started their Salvation journey and aid that the place were my friend put the flyers was a place for drugs and it spooked all of them so they read it and wanted to give their lives to God.

No such thing as an angel that is a "human".
The word human refers to flesh man. An angel is not in a flesh body. It's body and image is of the other dimension. It still has the same likeness and outward appearance as man, but the angelic body is of that other dimension, from God's Own image and likeness, which is that of man which He created Adam with.
The devil has tricked many today with the idea that the word 'man' always means a flesh body. Because of that ignorance away from the written Bible scripture, those think that an angel must take on a flesh human body in order to appear as a man on this earth in our earthly dimension. That kind of thinking is of a carnal flesh mind, those who don't have the ability to discern spiritual things.

A guy/person/object/specter/animal that delivers a message.
A messenger can be anything whatsoever from a grain of sand, virus, plague, person, bacteria, storm or animal....and in scripture all have been used as such. Even earthquakes.
Now one notable exception is the Angel Gabriel. He has had one specific job. He hasn't operated outside of his job.
(His name means "strength of God")
He has always been seen telling of the coming of the Messiah.
He was seen talking to Daniel and then 600+ years later talking to Zachariah about John.
When he said that he stands in THE throne room of God...he is saying that he is on a mission of God's. (God's personal servant) Nothing whatsoever is allowed to impede his mission. He has ALL of the authority, might, and power to carry out his mission he needs to accomplish it.
And Zachariah might have been confused about what/who Gabriel was...He just looked like a normal man. He wasn't.
Boom went the mic drop.

But that's the Greek definition of the term.
In Hebrew it's "melekh".
And it's an unusual Hebrew term in that the accent is on the first syllable.
And also in Hebrew there is no difference in the plural of "messengers" or "kings". Both words use identical spellings and pronunciation.
Not an angel, but yesterday morning I had a vision of a completely burned up body and a beautiful spirit of a young woman come out of the body. Later that morning I learned of a friend of mine from church who died at 89 years old. A portrait of her in her younger years was the spirit I saw in my vision.
My church is in mourning, because many were related to her. And she passed away in her sleep with fairly good health. So it was encouraging to see... as for angels, no I have not seen any. Just symbols in dreams.

Nah, you're making that up. The word angel used in God's Word is the subject, not how commercial greeting cards might use the word.
