I would say that is the plan, but will not turn out for those perpetrating it.
Looks rather like "Peace" number two of "Peace, Peace" and "as the days of Noah" are upon us. At hand.

I would say we have already been under all of that for some time now.
I predict their house of cards is going to collapse and the truth of how it has all been going on for hundreds of years will come out. Which will bring the second "Peace" of "Peace, Peace" (Christ, Christ). Thus fulfilling both "Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape" (from Jeremiah 8:11), and "as the days of Noah."

This/these new HIV strain(s) (proteins) and other components generated in the lab was also integrated in some of the COVID-type vaccines, to make the concoction more deadly and effective as a bioweapon. The HIV strain is used as a driver/gateway to get into the cells to 'open the door' to attack and alter cells and even alter DNA in extreme cases. And the MSN and govt sources deny HIV inclusion in some of the vaccines.

And she has no tangible evidence to back up her claims you write about in your first line.
And when 90% of a population is "vaxxed", then a new variant that the earlier shots do not treat will see higher deaths among the vaxxed. Remember C-19 is in the flu family! Last years flu shot may hvae no effect on this years flu! and yes people who have gotten flu shots die from the flu every year!
Where is your outrage for that?
