Anyone know diets for 3rd stage kidney damage?

Anyone whom has went through this before, and know any diets recommend by nutrition doctors on 3rd stage kidney damage?

Anonymous has been struck with it, has an appointment next week, might be kidney stones. Last doctors visit, she was informed by her family doctor of the third stage kidney damage or disease, and the kidney doctor failed to report it.

Was curious to anyone that knows and has been in this condition. Thank you.
