They can't produce a genuine vaccine because they haven't isolated and purified a virus. A vaccine entails taking the actual virus, weakening it and injecting it to produce anti-bodies. No-one in the world actually has a sample of covid 19 virus... Or 21... Or delta...
As I understand it, what the COVID vax was based on was a genome mock up...a synthetic code based on the old SARS coronavirus to produce a synthetic protein. That's no doubt over simplifying it, but I think it's basically what it is.
The CDC were quoted, and explained that they had to create a synthetic version of the COVID-19 virus because “n the present case of 2019-nCoV, virus isolates or samples from infected patients have so far not become available to the international public health community.” So, they had to synthesis the COVID-19 virus “in absence of available virus isolates or original patient specimens.

Days after Austria imposed a lockdown on the unvaccinated, it has announced a full national Covid-19 lockdown starting on Monday.

Chancellor Alexander Schallenberg said it would last a maximum of 20 days and there would be a legal requirement to get vaccinated

Inflammatory Markers and ACS Risk as Measured

by the PULS Cardiac Test: a Warning

Our group has been using the PLUS Cardiac Test (GD Biosciences,

Inc, Irvine, CA) a clinically validated measurement
of multiple protein biomarkers which generates
a score predicting the 5 yr risk (percentage chance) o
f a new Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS).

The score has been measured every 3-6 months

in our patient population for 8 years. Recently,

with the advent of the mRNA COVID 19 vaccines (vac)

by Moderna and Pfizer, dramatic changes in the PULS score

became apparent in most patients.

This report summarizes those results.

A total of 566 pts, aged 28 to 97

These changes resulted in an increase of the PULS score

from 11% 5 yr ACS risk to 25% 5 yr ACS risk.

At the time of this report,

these changes persist for at least 2.5 months post second dose of vac.

We conclude that the mRNA vacs dramatically increase inflammation on the endothelium and T cell infiltration of cardiac muscle

and may account for the observations of

increased thrombosis, cardiomyopathy,

and other vascular events following vaccination.
