You know that there is an "IF" between the two situations.
You can spin this the way you like, but what I said about satan never being able to re-enter a born again Christian, is based on the conditions of the scripture you quoted*.

If a person REJECTS Christ after receiving the Gift of His Holy Spirit, they are wilfully breaking the covenant of that relationship.
*Hebrews 3:5,6.
So yes, IF a person committed the sin of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, and then dies in that state of separation from God, they shall never have forgiveness again, in this world or in the world to come.

The entire world communicates with every and every nation in a matters if seconds. As I post this response someone on the other side of the planet can read it in seconds. Missionaries have targeted the most remote tribes for decades. Christ's light has shined in every nation. As I said, there are people and groups within these nations that haven 't heard because of restrictions, suppression, communism, false religion itself, or just parents depriving their kids. The evil grasp of Satan on them has also passed down to their kids.
Reprobates (who may amount to 2/3 of the the world population) will not receive Christ regardless if they heard or not. Nevertheless, Romans 1:20 says man is without excuse of acknowledging God and for that, they will be judged for what they knew.
