Maybe I'm wrong. I thought there were. Maybe it's just constellations, like Virgo.
Thank you for that.... I did not feel that there was because God talks of only having sons and the stars are also called angels. We never hear of a female angel for there are no need for genitals in heaven, only needed on earth to produce fleshly offspring after Adam fell due to obeying his wife over God then God gave them skin so that produce natural children so Eve could now have the children in her body.. in pain as part of her punishment. But in Christ we are spiritually born from above.
You know me I have to give a bunch of supporting scripture : )
Ps 147:5
4
He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names.
KJV
Gen 22:17
17 That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying
I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;
KJV
Deut 28:62
62 And ye shall be left few in number, whereas
ye were as the stars of heaven for multitude; because thou wouldest not obey the voice of the LORD thy God.
KJV
Job 38:7-8
7
When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?
8 Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it brake forth, as if it had issued
out of the womb?
KJV
Rev 3:1
3:1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath
the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.
KJV
Rev 6:13
13 And
the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
KJV
Rev 12:1-9
12:1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown
of twelve stars:
2 And
she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
4 And
his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
5 And
she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.
6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
7 And
there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world:
he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
