Im supposed to be carnivore currently. It's all good. I won't tell the carb police!!I pick bagels! But I never met a donut I didn't like.. come to think of it.
But this thread is evil to me since I'm lo-carb, TITUS2WIFE!.
It's VERY hard being lo-carb and Italian. I miss my pasta THE MOST.
The way I feel on lo carb is like night and day---- but I am not a fan of the food. I can only deal with so many eggs and meats.
I actually lose my appetite and have to force food.
Just remember too many banana splits , donuts and ho hosI don't over indulge. But,I also don't deprive myself either.
My hips are quite toned. And fond of banana splits on occasion too,truth be told lol
for too much sugar is indeed a feeder of inflamation nation . The young can get away with it , but only for a sesaonI haven't had sugar in years except the holidays when I tried a taste of my daughter's cheese cake. It didn't sit well and I had inflammation for a week. I do make carnivore ice cream although it isn't 100% carnivore because I use real vanilla extract and allulose, and sometimes cacao. Other than that, it is raw heavy cream, collagen powder, tallow, and beef powder... oh, and LMNT electrolytes plus lugol's iodine. Sometimes, I add some organic instant coffee. lol
I brought some to my chiropractor and she loved it ...tastes like regular ice cream.
