I post this to help but if the powers that be want it closed so be it.

From the article:

One of the greatest contributors to anxiety is fearing the loss of control. This has been heightened by the pandemic. In a world where we have seen events unfold that none of us imagined were possible, the impossible suddenly seems more threatening. We’ve seen a virus cause a near national mandatory stay at home order. That’s a scenario that this time last year I would have scoffed at. Now it seems that our minds have been opened to all kinds of awful scenarios, and scoffing at them now seems naive. So let’s combat fear with truth. Fear-driven anxiety is seldom driven by truth. Fear-driven anxiety is often driven by false narratives fed by others. My encouragement is to decide now not to tolerate fearful anxiety fed by other people’s ideas. Take control of your anxiety by smothering it with truth. Take information as it comes and decide courses of action based on current realities not worst case scenarios.

Amen brother,
" Fear-driven anxiety is seldom driven by truth."

In my own experience I found that anxiety of any sort is driven by the fiery darts of the evil one and a mixture also of wavering on our own faith. This life can be scary, full of worries for our children, grands...greats so on. But if we truly rest in Him...we can be peaceful knowing that He hears our prayers, and if we pray His will, our expectations should be quite high I would think...?

And, this from a pretty high energy (usually of the dreaded nervous kind  ) person, lol.

Correct. Here is a simple solution to deal with current stress:

1. SHUT OFF YOUR RADIO AND TV ALTOGETHER.
2. TOTALLY IGNORE ALL THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA.
3. TOTALLY IGNORE ALL CLAIMS THAT THERE IS A SECOND WAVE.
4. REFUSE TO WEAR A MASK. MASKS HAVE BEEN OUTED BY EPIDEMIOLOGISTS.
5. REFUSE TO BECOME A GUINEA PIG FOR VACCINES.
6. MAINTAIN PROPER HYGIENE AT ALL TIMES.
7. EAT HEALTHY, EXERCISE REGULARLY, SLEEP WELL.
8. FOCUS ON WHAT IS TRUE AND POSITIVE ONLY (Phil 4:6-8)

Battling election Stress Disorder

I see this all the time on Facebook, it has driven some of my friends and family to act partially obsessed.

With fear there is the rational and irrational. For instance I live in the city, and if I feared a bear attack that would be an irrational fear. But if I was hiking in the woods and heard bear growling near me, then that might be a rational fear. Fear is intended by God to keep us alive in dangerous situations where it is fight or flight. It's built into our natures.

Of course we've all probably had experiences in dangerous situations like I have where we feel no fear and probably should. But the Holy Spirit takes over and we command the situation in a calm peace and come out OK. I had a few instance of car accidents where time slowed and a peace came over me so I was able to act rationally.

1. One thing to combat anxiety is exercise. It relieves stress and can calm us down.
2. Listening to relaxing music might also help.
3. And praying has been a big help to me also.

I'll try to think of more stress relaxation techniques, but that's my quick list. :)

Good list but number 4 is not possible in my area if you want to go to any store
Many doctors have concluded that wearing masks can be detrimental to your health. Get a note from a sensible doctor, and show it to whoever asks about masks.

Blaylock: Face Masks Pose Serious Risks To The Healthy

Dr. Russell Blaylock warns that not only do face masks fail to protect the healthy from getting sick, but they also create serious health risks to the wearer. The bottom line is that if you are not sick, you should not wear a face mask.

Here there are no exceptions and to me it's not much a brother. I'm not in the store that long.

There is something I have always wondered about those kind of articles, if mask are so bad why do Doctors, Dentist, and other medical professionals wear them. The excuse can be made that they only wear them a short amount of time, yet that is not always the case because some things can like surgeries can last a long time and while the Doctors take breaks they still wear masks for a long time. So it seems to me if the masks are that bad then no one ever should wear them not even Doctors.

They have pictures of people that have to wear masks all day and some people (a few) have problems wearing masks and it cause rashes and such. Most of us can just put one on for a short while, enter a store like you said, and take it off. Here's one of the pics that is less severe:
