Where does the Bible teach the doctrine of the Bible alone?

where does the Bible say what is and what is not scripture!

Where does the Bible say read for yourself and make your own doctrine or your own salvation?

by reading through the thread you seek to argue the validity of the RCC or Catholic Church in general.

it seems most don't do the homework.

the catholic church, though catholic means universal, is the church of the roman state. an institution until at least Pope Gregory the Great the Emperor was the vicar of the church and appointed popes, east and west roman and Greek. the church of England was molded the same and the king is still the vicar of that church.

also part of the responsibility of the Church of the state of Rome, was to convert and eliminate pagan religions and practices.

so for approximately 1000 years the Catholic church ruled with an iron fist, especially the RCC. the church really didn't kick into high gear until after Gregory the Great and much of the rules the clergy follows to day were establish by him.

martin Luther spook up in the 1500's and then a few hundred years later the age of enlightenment came in the 1700's promoting separation of church and state.

but in King James' day late 1500's and early 1600's there was contention between England and the Vatican and England pushed out the RCC's right to hold civil court in their territory. one of many things which included the excommunication of Queen Elisabeth the mother of King James.

now there's a lot of wisdom in what God has allowed here, RCC and KJV were neck to neck in dominating the world. RCC has all of central and south Americas dominated and the KJV or protestant if you will has its influences through out most of the rest of the world except for maybe china until Moa came in to power. the Orthodox Greek still has influences in eastern block Europe so mush as the city of St Petersburg's name has been restored.

a general wants to overcome his opponent and the best way to motivate his competitive subordinates is to basically get them to run a race to win against each other. then they have a tendency to work harder and cover more ground. Montgomery and Patton of WW2 were of that cut.

though the integrity of the "religion" is important but in many cases like Israel's history before Christ, as long as the institution survives, the faithful have a place to be. the church as an institution need only to accommodate and not persecute the faithful.

today the institution is becoming less and less accommodating to the faithful and accommodating to the ways of the world its in, and it won't be long it will persecute the faithful for the faithful's beliefs because they are contrary to what the world wants you to believe.

in retrospect its simple as long as where you are accommodates without persecutions you and yours your at peace with the world. they don't have to follow the ways you follow do they?

Abram now Abraham was a stranger in the land his whole life, and you are supposed to be of the same faith as Abraham.

who is the head of the church on earth?

If you are putting Jesus aside under any pretext, you are sinning! Here is where traditionalists don't stay in bounds of Scripture. Why are you seeking to give some human on Earth glory rather than give all glory to God? 1 Corinthians 11:3 does not qualify who the head is on Earth.'

But it is important that you understand this about headship: the Anointed One is the head of every man, the husband is the head of his wife, and God is the head of the Anointed.
1 Corinthians 11:3 (VOICE)

I don’t oppose or distrust scripture or God’s word
But the church and Christ are one
And the church continues his work of redemption, teaching and saving souls!

with the same mission, power, and authority!

We are one with Christ spiritually, but we are not Christ. Christ is God, and we are not.

As humans, we err. And so we need Scriptures to clean up our religious acts. Church Tradition can become corrupt, and only diligent, virtuous people will clean it up.

Some people will die for their corrupt religious tradition. Lie in the bed you make for yourself.

Choose Christ, and not the Catholic Church. One is perfect, and the other is susceptible to error. Yes, the Church is used by God. But we need a measure by which to judge whether the Church is properly acting in Christ's name.

The Scriptures and exemplary Christians are helpful--not professional religious people who belong to a favored denomination. Priests and Popes can go corrupt. We need to hold them as accountable as they would hold us.

Jesus is the head of the church but He ascended to heaven and someone else must be head on earth in His place! Who?
All glory still belongs to God, it is His church and His sacraments that save

the holy church cannot teach error or Christ would be the author of error

1 cor 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

John 16:13
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Not biblical

It is Biblical. I quoted Scripture. You did not (beyond your ridiculous claim of the one true church). Nothing in Scripture says authorities of the Apostles pass down to their successors. And this is what the RCC does; they just make stuff up as they go to assert power over men.

the RCC presumed dominance in the Roman empire via the empire read your history

there's no scriptural instructions to maintain Peter's position. besides Peter's work was mainly with the Jews based in Jerusalem and some gentile whereas Paul was focused on Gentiles as commissioned by the Lord Himself. so as far as a head of the church of the Gentiles I'd say Paul's been robbed do credit by your thinking. considering the Vatican has a history of excluding Jews and even persecuting Jews. Duce wouldn't of made it without Vatican support they supported fascism in Spain as did Hitler they had agreements with Hitler the Vatican is not nice people at all, and they under the obvious calling of the gospel you mention had no business doing none of the above.

The counterfeit church has made herself known . Read vatican two , what a disgrace to CHRIST that document is .
We have us a harlot in the world and she is bringing the world together with all religions right under a false belief
a false all inclusive social gospel that will serve NOT CHRIST , but rather anti Christ , beast and the evils of the hearts of men in POWER .
Its all coming to a fast head now . My advice is if anyone is in any church , whether cave or house ,whether building or not
and its pushing this inclusive unity , GET OUT OF IT or risk it all and face perdition at the end .

Spiritual authority does not derive exclusively from the RCC. It emanates from Christ, and the Holy Spirit gifts *whom He wills*--not whoever the RCC wills!

where does scripture or Christ say
Thou art Paul and upon this rock I will built (not so called reformers) my church (singular) matt 16:18 Jn 10:16

There is only one true church founded by Christ on Peter and the apostles and their successors, it is the new covenant body of Christ! Matt 16:18 One fold
Jn 10:16 the household of faith! Gal 6:10

1 Timothy 3:15
But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

Christ and His church are one: acts 9:4 why persecute me?

There is only one Christian faith revealed by God thru Christ to the apostles! ( His holy church) eph 4:5 Jude 1:3

from Christ yes in scripture to His church (apostles)
