What would you think building one’s life on Jesus Christ means?

It means a life built in the eternal reality of the kingdom of God. We live in a temporal world that is actually only a simulation of reality. We are only here for a short time...to learn how to love and fit into an eternal realm. To abide in Christ means to be where He is...in Zion (in the Spirit). When we live FROM there we are building our life on Jesus Christ.

Thank you for sharing Episkopos. When I get hurt the pain feels very real, and when I make decisions it also feels very real, why do you call us living here in the real world a simulation? Our hope is the eternal aspect of life going to be with God in the spiritual heavenly realm which will one day be greater than living here but while we are here we are meant to live our lives out, and as you stated building our life on Christ is one of the most beneficial things one can do now today preparing our selves by building up our spiritual inner new creation in and through Christ having love for God and love for others, right?

The devil deceives the whole world.

"And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceives the whole world: he was cast out into the earth," Rev. 12:9

Jesus said "There goes the devil and he has nothing in Me."

"I will no more speak much with you, for the prince of the world comes: and he has nothing in me;" John 14:30

As long as we see this world as ultimate reality, we will not seek after the kingdom of God. The greatest mistake we make...because we are deceived by our carnal sense...to to relegate the kingdom of God to a future time.

The kingdom of God is now...and we have access into the eternal reality of the kingdom by entering into Christ by faith.

The devil's rule is not upset unless the Church is able to penetrate into the heavenly realm to displace the ruling principalities and powers. The devil has the whole world fooled...and much of the church too.

The Lord Jesus is calling us to Himself in the heavenly realm of the kingdom...to walk as He walked and to occupy the spiritual dimension that affects great influence over the world. We are to win the world for Christ...not by trying to convert people as into a religion....no...that is the way of the world. We need to rise from the dead and the deep sleep we are under and enter into life. We need to rise from the dead right now and start to operate in the eternal realm.

How is this world NOT a simulation? When we dream we continue to make up reality...and that feels so real. Why do we dream? We dream because we are in a simulation and our mind is used to tricking us. So it continues to trick us even when our senses are shut down. Are dreams real? Are our imaginations real?

Understanding comes from realizing that this world is only a training cycle for preparation into eternal reality.

Do we die when we sin? Not necessarily. Do pilots die when they crash in the simulator? No. Pilots learn to fly in a safe place so they can learn to fly real planes. Likewise we are learning to break through into eternal reality and how to remain there so that when the end of the simulation comes...we might inherit a higher place in the eternal order.

If only my eyes could see and mind imagine what He has in store for us, sigh. But belief without seeing is key yet...still cannot "imagine" this Epi. :(
