Men of renown does not necessarily mean giants 9 feet tall

It does in the context of Genesis which is full of men who were literally very tall giants, like Goliath, a man of renown.

After Adam disobeyed God and was kicked out of the Garden.

Adam was a son of God placed in the Garden.

After Adam disobeyed he was given a temporal corruptible physical body, obviously much different than all the other sons of God.

It was Seth's offspring that were considered no longer giants, just normal humanity. Obviously some of the Son of God genetics was in Noah's wife, and the wives of his 3 sons.

No angels ever came to earth and procreated with the sons of God nor with Adam's fallen offspring. The only thing that happened was that the sons of God procreated with Seth's descendants.

Bad theology is still bad theology even in the theological work of Enoch. All just human theory.

The sons of God were not angels. They were multiple humans created on the 6th day. The angels, morning stars, were created on the 4th day. Genesis 1:14-19

They are not "pure spirits". What does that even mean? Ghosts?

They are physical creations in the firmament, the same as we are physical creations on the surface of the earth.

Paul said there are bodies celestial and bodies terrestrial. Paul is stating both are bodies, physical. Only humans have a spirit. Angels don't have a spirit. Angels have a job as being lights in the firmament. As messengers on earth, they have human form. Then back to being lights in the firmament. Stars don't have baby stars. Angels do not procreate other angels.
