Another time, a different subject, I don't remember what it was, I pointed out a place where different Biblical authors had conflicting directions for a certain situation. Instead of denying that the Bible had contradictions (like I see over and over in here), my pastor's advice for such situations was to choose whenever possible to let love guide my interpretation and actions. I remember that, though I don't think it's always possible.

I would say let the Holy Spirit guide your interpretations and actions . Contradictions , things have been lost in the translations we have has to be part of it IMO . We don't have a "THE BIBLE " , we have many translations .

The author of so many Translations, is not God caused., as this actually causes a lot of confusion and God does not author confusion.

One of the best ways to discover "which bible" should i use"" ????... which is the real one......is regarding 3 Situations..


1.) Find out if the bible you are using, says....>>"God is A Spirit".. which is defining God's Spirit as the Holy Spirit......or if your bible says...>>>. """" God is Spirit"......as in that case, the so called "bible' is not making a distinction between the Devil's unholy demoic spirit, and God's Holy Spirit, which is "A" Spirit = God's/
Certainly God would author a Bible that makes that distinction, and would not be the source of a "bible" that doesn't.

Next.

2.) Does your bible say......>"God was manifested in the Flesh"......or does it say.....>>"HE, was manifested in the Flesh". ?????

So, if it says "HE"....then "He who?"".......as the bible is not defining that "God" was "manifested in the Flesh".

And one more..

3.) Discover which Bible is under attack, most of all on Forums and from Pulpits, and in Commentaries......... and you've discovered the one that Satan's hates.. and that is a revelation for you.

One can be enthusiastic (love) about the Bible and about their Church ie, their selective theology; This is evidenced by what is spoken but does it mean there is a love for God? It might appear like that on the surface. Jesus says this, '

So, His words are TRUE, and John testifies of their Truth, by telling Christians..>"you can KNOW you have Eternal LIFE< and this life is in JESUS (God's Son).""

Christians can know always that they are going to heaven, BECAUSE = all Chrisitans have Eternal life and that is proof of their eternal citizenship IN Heaven... as born again.

And this is why, John 14:6 says......."I AM.... The Way ..... The TRUTH.......and THE LIFE"...

Notice that this life is THE life.......as that is signifing Jesus as ETERNAL LIFE, as John Explains.

And Jesus explaines it and defines Himself again, when He says........"All who believe in me, i give unto them eternal life, and they shall never go to HELL (Perish)".

I didnt teach about "methods"......its simply your incapacity to comprehend, that led you to think that....regarding what i taught.

Im not certain you are a Christian, as your posts that ive seen around for the last 3-4 yrs.... literally dont indicate that you could even begin to explain what the Blood of Jesus has accomplished as the blood atonement, but, i'll give you the benefit of the doubt...ok ? ....And in that case, you should rejoice that God has given all Christians, "the gift of Eternal life" and that is found In His Son.

And @quietthinker ........that is not a "METHOD".........that is a "Gift" from God.

And regarding the Thread's topic..

Well, a student of the word, can't learn too much of Paul's Doctrine., as by learning it, the NT teaches that we become this..

"As many as be PERFECT"...... (Paul's verse).

I'll tell you @quietthinker ....where real Christians, get into a bad situation. and become lost in it.

Its based on them :

1.) Spending WAY too much time with commentaries, until the author's theology becomes their bible. (Calvinism, for example). Or the Book of Mormon.....is another example.... or commentaries that teach "Univeralism", or "Mormonism".

2.) Listening to anyone who tries to prove "errors in the bible" "errors in the word of God"... as that is the devil's work, that began in the Garden with Satan Himself........who said of God's word... "Hath God said"?... "listen there is more then one interpretation"... "let me show you the NEW meaning". 'Here is a better version"...

3.) Listing to someone who has decided that the "koine Greek" is superior to the word of God. (The Bible).


Reader.......specifially avoid those 3 and you'll probably save yourself from being faith ruined, for the rest of your life.
