In Clancy's case, the prosecution proved she knew what she was doing, lied about it repeatedly and planned.
"Proved"? In a court of law, "proved" means you have convinced 12 jurors beyond a reasonable doubt.
Cultural Marxism and her belonging to a supposedly oppressed class is driving the verdict toward not guilty.
Post-Partum Psychosis is a very real condition recognized by the US National Institute of Health and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. Whether or not Clancy had it at the time of the crime is a separate issue. Gaslighting and denying that such a condition exists is also a real issue.
