How would you encourage someone who has been born with children that have had incurable diseases?

That is part of this sin cursed world we live in since the fall of adam. And it will continue that way until we have the new heavens and the new earth and we have been resurrected incorruptible and immortal. And at that time there will no longer be any sin or procreation to be concerned about as there will be no more sex/ marriage and women bearing children. That is done away with in the new heavens/earth.
