Could ChatGPT be the precursor, to the image of the anti-Christ (which men will worship)? (Thoughts)

Hi there,

So I have Revelation in the back of my mind, whenever I am thinking about what is going to happen. Something that is said will happen, is that they will construct an image of the anti-Christ, which men will worship. Now how would they do that? Do you think? It (the image) has to be something that is familiar to Man, but which points to Man being "like God": ChatGPT fits that bill, in a limited way. The idea is that big data, can construct answers that appear human, in ways that Man can't predict, but for which Man can give himself "praise", as though the 'creation' is something to be worshipped, reflecting a little of Man's hubris back to him. In the same way you encourage a child, to be self-aware; so Man can praise himself, that he has created something (not that God did not have a hand, in allowing man to create that way) that points to self-awareness. Like the childish trick of repeating an answer verbatim, when that is not what is meant: so Man will fall in love, with a similitude of his awareness given back to him.

Now there are people that fall in love with objects (even large objects, like bridges or Ferris wheels) and there are people that fall in love with chatbots and AI, but this is the first time, that Artificial Intelligence has been built using the same algorithmic principle that consciousness in men and animals has. If you ask enough people for an answer to a problem, the average answer will be very close to right - this is called the Wisdom of the Crowd. The same is true of consciousness: if enough nerves fire in response to something the mind should be aware of, the average response of those nerves together: will be close to the right response. Our consciousness works this way. ChatGPT in other words, is programmed to mimic consciousness. The more we head down this path, the more praising ChatGPT's reflection of Man, will seem welcome.

Does God think it is welcome? Would you think it was welcome, if you slaved day and night, to defend, uphold and create your prized Creation, only to have it thank itself? I doubt it. This is the pitfall: it's sin. Once Man gives up on himself, as if that makes him like God of himself (technologically) Man will have given up, even more, on his conscience, his conviction of sin. If the AI can do what it does, and not be conscious of sin, why should Man? As such, regret will abound and self-indulgence will be unchecked and the Devil, will cease to flatter Man over what he can't do, but instead as though Man should be praised for what he can't be. Man will be tempted to treat "Sin" as a forgone conclusion. All the while the price of sin, in our Lord, is ignored.

I only say all this to point out, that the time is near. ChatGPT catches people off guard, when they think that a rule bound response to intelligence can never be right. They say "oh yes, but it could never xyz" and then it does "xyz". This is because it is really no different than most of our nerves do anyway. It's once you use this principle to create an image of the anti-Christ (the "man of sin"), that people start to lose sense. A distorted mirror can intrigue for a time, at a fun park or some such thing; but a working intellectual model, of what Man in his nature most does, leaves those who worship the image with nothing but the same strength every other Man has. That is the work of the evil one, to flatter, when you are about to be cut off. The faith will be able to resist, but the culture as a whole will begin to shift dangerously, towards a self-rule for all men. It would make sense to pray that people are not deceived!

In any case, the technology can be used for good, like anything and those that don't worship it, will be greatly strengthened. It just behooves us not to worship any thing but the Lord!

God bless.

Very much applicable to scriptural prophecy.

Thank you for taking the time to post this.
