Yes, God has always known. As always revealed in His Word, in Jesus, in His Plan and Purpose.

Question,does God know beforehand who will be saved and who will not?

My opinion is that He does not.
The answer , as always, is in Scripture, clear and pure.

Joseph77, without providing the scriptural references to back up your expressed opinion, your post does not provide any useful information on the topic being discussed.

Let me give you are example of a passage that provides support for your position: -

John 6:22-71: - 22 On the following day, when the people who were standing on the other side of the sea saw that there was no other boat there, except that one which His disciples had entered, <snip>

<snip> 27 Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him."

28 Then they said to Him, "What shall we do, that we may work the works of God?"

29 Jesus answered and said to them, "This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent."

<snip>

35 And Jesus said to them, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. 36 But I said to you that you have seen Me and yet do not believe. 37 All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out. 38 For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. 39 This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing but should raise it up at the last day. 40 And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day."

<snip>

43 Jesus therefore answered and said to them, "Do not murmur among yourselves. 44 No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day. 45 It is written in the prophets, 'And they shall all be taught by God.' Therefore, everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me. 46 Not that anyone has seen the Father, except He who is from God; He has seen the Father. 47 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life. <snip>

<snip>

61 When Jesus knew in Himself that His disciples complained about this, He said to them, "Does this offend you? 62 What then if you should see the Son of Man ascend where He was before? 63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. 64 But there are some of you who do not believe." For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who did not believe, and who would betray Him. 65 And He said, "Therefore I have said to you that no one can come to Me unless it has been granted to him by My Father."

<snip>

70 Jesus answered them, "Did I not choose you, the twelve, and one of you is a devil?" <snip>

Do you see how this passage gives a starting point for others to delve deeper into God's words and to expand their search for more of His truth.

Shalom

The intent, or part of it, is in the Title Question. On other forums, when asked IF ANYONE had been saved by the forum, NOT ONE ever was shown to have been saved by the forum, not one, at all.

I did not ask that severe a question, rather if someone had learned the truth, after that original post was made.

when everyone starts getting into Christ than we will have more truth, these forum are a classic example of too much in the"word", bible and not enough of in the"word" Christ",

Act 17:27 That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:
Act 17:28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
Act 17:29 Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device.
Joh_14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

@Joseph77 your post above was too crypt as you usual do in your posts and did not provide enough context in the OP of this thread to really begin a discussion.

How about having a conversation with people and not just talking at people, expecting them to cotton on to what you are trying to say or ask.

I guess when your used to speaking carnally, recognizing words of God's Spirit and from His Word is more than a challenge......

Since when did carnal people become able to recognize a conversation about spiritual truth ? (Jesus said it is not possible to grasp nor to understand the truth for such) //// A false motive in such, is revealed, by God's Word, as Jesus says, a sharp two-edged sword DIVIDING ....... exposing the motives and intents of the heart.....

@Joseph77, do you have to be hit with a ten ton truck to get the message, cause you certainly seem to miss the suggestions being made, and not just from me, as to how you can improve your conversations with others.
