In Matthew 4, Jesus preceded a quote from what was written by saying "it is written...", but in Matthew 5, he proceeded a quote from what the people had heard being said by saying "you have heard that it was said...", so Jesus was not sinning in violation of Deuteronomy 4:2 by adding to or subtracting from the Law of Moses, but rather he was fulfilling it by correcting what the people had heard being said and by teaching how to correctly obey it as it was originally intended. The reason why Jesus went to the cross was not to change anything that he spent his ministry teaching.
Jesus expanded the Ten Commandments and spoke to other parts of the law (oaths etc) by emphasizing their underlying principles of love and intent. He summarized them into two main commandments- to love God and to love your neighbor, which deepened their meaning and relevance. Never have even insinuated that the Lord sinned. Of course, He did not.
The law is written on our hearts -No, not the Mosaic Law, but God’s absolute and universal moral law. God’s moral law is known to everyone both Jew and Gentile alike.
I have a sinking feeling for whatever reason that you do not accept Paul.
I don't think that you understood my post at all, but thanks for the comment.

Everything that Jesus taught in the Sermon on the Mount was based on what was taught in the OT, so he was not sinning by expanding on anything, but rather he was fulfilling the law by teaching how to correctly obey it as it was originally intended. Everything in the Mosaic Law is either in regard to how to love God or our neighbor, which is why Jesus said in Matthew 22:36-40 that those are the greatest two commandments and that the rest of the commandments hang on them, so the position that we should obey the greatest two commandments is also the position that we should obey the rest of the Mosaic Law. In Jeremiah 31:33, the New Covenant involves God putting the Mosaic Law in our minds and writing it on our hearts. Morality is based on God's character traits and everything in the Mosaic Law was given in order to teach us how to love Him by embodying His character traits, so it is God's absolute and universal moral law.

In Deuteronomy 13, the way that God instructed to determine that someone is a false prophet is if they speak against obeying the Mosaic Law, so the position that Paul should be interpreted as speaking against obeying the Mosaic Law is also the position that we should not accept Paul. I do accept Paul, which is why I am opposed to interpreting him as speaking against followers of Christ following his example of obedience to the Mosaic Law.

From where did Moses receive the law?

I think confusion arises in discussions that may imply Moses decided to make the laws. When the truth is,they are the laws of God.
Moses was merely the scribe. The one who wrote down the laws God dictated.

Yes, they call it moses law. Because Moses wrote them and gave them to the people.

But its Gods law

But it still was given for a reason. and no one has ever kept that law but the man Jesus
