My point was that you did JUDGE. Anyone claiming they don't, is judging something, at some point.

For you to "warn" someone they are heading for danger, or hell... Involves a matter of judging that "hey, these people are heading for danger".

Paul was not talking about individuals - he was making a short list of general sinners that will not be welcomed into heaven. It is like saying drunk drivers, murders, and thieves will be arrested - my neighbor is not specifically mentioned nor is the purpose of the list to charge her of a crime.
