Yet the whole world will be accounted as guilty before God because of what is written in the law (Romans 3:19-20). How then are they not under it? They are most certainly condemned as guilty because of it.
You missed that bit where is says, for those who are under the law, It was never given to us gentiles, get over it, are you an SDA as well.

So, let me get this straight...you believe that Gentiles will not be judged by the law, is that correct?

Consider the following scripture:

Rom 2:12, For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;

Those who sin without the law shall also perish without the law.

How does one sin without the law?

Because sin is defined by the law (Romans 3:20, 1 John 3:4).

So if someone sins, it is in that they have violated the law.

So the answer to the question, is, that a person can violate the law even thought it has not been given to them; and the wages of sin (violation of the law) is still death (Romans 6:23).

I think that what this saying is that under the law when you sin, you will be judged by that law. But even those who are not under the law, when they sin, they will still die, even though they didn't have the law, because sin kills, as explained further in Romans 5.

Much love!

Really, Romans 6:23.

They die because the law is inherent in God's heart as a moral standard (whether it is given to the sinner or not) and violation of it is what brings the punishment of the second death.

On the day of judgment, people will be placed in the lake of fire because they sinned against the law and will be redeemed because they were forgiven of their violations of the law through faith in Jesus and His shed blood.
