Micah 6:8. It's actually a quote not from the Bible but is derived from it.

Micah 6:8
He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

Kinda a strectch to rerwite Micah 6:8 to say:
"All that is necessary for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing"

You know, until Jesus returns there's no a lot Christians can do to stop the world from getting darker and darker.
The Lord does teach that the great tribulation will in fact happen.

Huh? Different topic. Heavenly things and earthly things. Christendom has become overly spiritualized, ignoring our soulful obligations and needs.

None the less, only when Jesus returns will things in this world be made right.

Do you understand Ordo amoris?

Ordo amoris is a concept in catholic theology that originated from Augustine who is a proven false teacher.

So, I don't do Ordo amoris, catholicism, or Augustine

The catholics tried to take over the world and they failed.

If you were called to be the executioner of her or anyone
could you take her life .

Christians are called to obey the laws of man for the sake of the Lord unless they tell Christians to do something that is in direct opposition to what the Lord teaches in the bible.

Considering capital punishment was God's idea, I'd have no problem dispatching her if I was the executioner at the prison

She's a cold hearted murderer that is un repentant so she needs to be put to death for her crimes.

She should have been given life in prison and true christains could have witnessed about Christ to her .

There's been 30+ years for this to happen.
Time for her to go.

ONLY to fulfill Scripture! Not to kill!

Where did Jesus say "get a deadly weapon but it's not to kill or hurt anyone with"?

You are speculating based on your personal viewpoint and your conscience that would not allow you to use a weapon in self defense which is fine for you.

It would be error to dictate to everyone else to try and make them follow your personal viewpoint and your conscience.

If they all followed you then there would be no police officers and nobody serving in the military and without those guys there would be utter chaos in society. Sometimes evil people need to be put to death. No saying it's pleasant, but it is needful.

After Romans 13:1-4, there is not prohibition in the bible saying Christians cannot serve and there is no prohibition in the bible saying self defense is a sin. If there was someone would have posted the bible references already

So you're saying "send her to Hell"! Good luck on Judgment Day!

If she ends up in hell is her own fault.
She's been in prison for over 30 years so if she has not repented of her sins by now it's unlikely she ever will.
She's going to hell anyway because she never was repentant and sorry for the murder she committed.

Now is a good a time as any to send her on her way. Capital punishment is the Lord's idea, not man's.
When Jesus returns He's coming with wrath and shall be sending millions and millions in to hell.
Some people don't have the stomach for what needs to be done so they'll need to look away.

2 Thessalonians 1:7,8
And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ

Several Texans were executed and then found to be innocent!

Yes and this has happened in other states as well.
That does not mean capital punishment should be scrapped altogether.

No He didn't! Why do you keep making this stuff up????

Maybe you think Jesus was unaware of what swords were used for?

Nowhere in the new testament do we see any prohibition for self defense, not do we see any passages saying self defense is a sin and anyone who defends themself goes to hell.

You ain't government!

Government allows self defense in it's laws and we are told in scripture to obey the law of man for the sake of the Lord.
Unless you live in a blue state where the laws forbid self defense in which case you just get slaughter by the criminals

If a criminal was going to rape your wife would you defend her with force?
Or do nothing and let her get raped?

IOW, you would rather kill someone and send them to Hell than you being killed and being with Jesus! I'm so glad Jesus didn't share your opinion!

Already quoted the Scripture!

But you added to it because Jesus never said to not use it when He told them to get a sword in Luke 22:36 which is a verse where Jesus instructs His disciples to take provisions for their journey, emphasizing that if they do not have a sword, they should sell their cloak to buy one. This reflects a shift in their circumstances, indicating the need for preparedness in facing upcoming challenges including the need for self defense.

In the Garden of Gethsemane He told Peter to put his sword up because in that situation they were surrounded by solders and one guy with a sword would cause all of them to be killed by the solders which would have stopped Jesus from being able to go to the cross as they would have killed him along with Peter right there.

Gotta learn to rightly understand the Word of the Lord and stop adding to it to make it appear the Lord said things He never said.

So you're ok with killing people and sending them to Hell?

Anybody that ends up in hell are their because they caused themself to go there.

This lady is unrepentant so if she spends all her days in prison and is not executed she's going to hell anyway.

Only the godless liberals seek to protect the criminals. We are living in the age of lawlessness.

IOW you're for killing people who may get saved!

I'm for making criminals pay for their actions as opposed to you who apparently wants to protect the criminals.
You're really not going to like what Jesus does when He returns.

She's unrepentant so it's a moot point.

At least I'm not advocating for the criminals to not be held responsible for their actions based on God's law.

When did you get converted to lawlessness?

You do understand she was found guilty by a jury of her peers in line with the laws of our nation right?
Why would you want to resist God's power that He put in to place and receive damnation?

Romans 13:1-4
Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:
For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

And why do you insist and demand that nobody is allowed to have an opinion unless it agrees with your opinion?
Seems rather rude.

MERCILESS!

I'm not the one making her unrepentant. She' decided that on her own.

Your opinions are MERCILESS!

Jas 2 He shall have judgment WITHOUT MERCY who has shown no mercy!!!

You converted to lawlessness so your opinion is lawless

Rejecting God's word in Romans 13:1-4 bring forth damnation.
Did you read Romans 13:1-4?
