Everything we have been told about cholesterol is false. There is no substitute for a balanced diet…..understanding the role of cholesterol, good fats and what poisonous seed oils are doing to our bodies, goes a long way to making good food decisions.
Pretty much all that we have been told about modern day medicine is about pushing expensive pills, not curing disease. No money in cures. :nnna

My cholesterol is high but I don't want to take statins because of side effects. Also, I understand we need cholesterol in our bodies....and the liver makes it.

When I get my blood tests, I usually do have something very light in the morning like milk....I know they say to fast. But I don't want to faint.

I'm wondering what I might have instead.... maybe a glass of almond milk. I think it's cholesterol free. Going again for checkup in July or August.

This is one of the worst lies told about cholesterol….eating cholesterol rich foods does not elevate cholesterol levels in the blood…not milk, not eggs, not anything eaten in moderation. You are correct, it is manufactured in the liver…and greatly elevated cholesterol levels are usually inherited.
But the brain needs cholesterol to function…..are we all beginning to wonder why our brain function seems to be disappearing with the use of cholesterol lowing drugs? :ummm:
