Have not went through this scripture in a long time but thought would break it down for the most part, and hopefully it might help anyone who is curious about Matthew 28.

Matthew 28: 16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17 When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

The eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go.

When they saw Jesus they worshipped Him, but some doubted.

Then Jesus said to them the eleven disciples:

Jesus spoke and had said : All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me (The Son of God).

Therefore you - eleven disciples - Therefore shall go and make disciples of all nations

(1484) ethnos - nations ethnos: a race, a nation, pl. the nations (as distinct from Isr.)
Definition: a race, a nation, the nations (as distinct from Israel)
Usage: a race, people, nation; the nations, heathen world, Gentiles.
HELPS Word-studies

1484 éthnos (from ethō, "forming a custom, culture") – properly, people joined by practicing similar customs or common culture; nation(s), usually referring to unbelieving Gentiles (non-Jews).

Therefore you - eleven disciples chosen and picked to follow me - must now go and make disciples of all nations - baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Teaching them to obey everything I (Jesus Christ) have commanded you - eleven disciples - And surly ~ I (Jesus Christ) am with you always, to the very end of the age.

Age here means : to the completion of the age - the end of the Old Jewish nation ways - Priesthood, sacrifices, temple rights, burning incenses, the temple would fall as Jesus Christ had told to his eleven disciples, and many other things.

Jesus Christ is telling them and promising them that He would always be with them, until the end of that Jewish age -~ Which is also a promise of the Lord Jesus Christ also being with us until the end of our own time ~(Death) and that God is here with us, and Christ Jesus does live with-in us by the spirit of Christ and the Holy Spirit given from God to Jesus and delivered to us and we are spiritually reborn to the spiritual things and the wisdom of God, which should help improve our lives by faith and trusting God.

We also experience death with Christ by baptism in his death, and are raised again to new spiritual life by and through faith, and trusting in God.

What are your thoughts about all of these things,

Do you have any insights on these matters?

My only thought would be Paul stating this had been completed, but if people wish to see themselves as first century Jews,,,,,, I guess that’s ok.

Yes sir, that is the assignment of Christians, and actually the primary reason Jesus was sent to earth, to preach the good news of the Kingdom of God Luke 4:43

That work has penetrated to the ends of the earth right now Acts 1:8 however we have not yet fulfilled that assignment to the full Mat 24:14

I believe it is okay too because there is so many subjective truths, for individuals who believe in their own perception of what truth is. The only known observable evidence we have is when it comes down to the bible; to be able to see and tell what the truth is by the spirit of the truth - with-in you. By having faith and trusting in God, and the Lord Jesus Christ. WaitingonHim.

Waitingonhim: Reminded of this verse which is Paul explaining his position on how faith is proclaimed in the whole world.

Romans 1:8 first, indeed, I (Paul) thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is proclaimed in the whole world;

Their whole world they knew at that time, that the faith was being proclaimed through-out the world they had known. (The World being the inhabitance of the economy at that time along with the Children of Israel, Lost Sheep of Israel, and To the Twelve Tribes of Israel ~

Along with all the Gentile are grafted now into the branches, so salvation was made for all people - though many people kept believing other worldly things, and wisdoms of the world, and not account towards the wisdom of God instead which wisdom of God is found in the Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 1:24: The Messiah - Word - Jesus/Yeshua is wisdom of God, and the power of God.

But to those called by God to salvation, both Jews and Gentiles, Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God.

I believe God has His people in all nations of the earth. No need for me to catch a plane.
